I think James Harrison would beg to differ.
Steelers get fined to much, mainly Clark. Just sayin'.

He noted that the fines doled out to individual players were comparable to those given to entire teams (ie. Patriots' videotaping, Saints' bounty system).

Obviously when someone is a repeat offender the price has to go up but again, there should be a regimented system for determining the fine. All helmet to helmet shots should be treated equally, regardless if its on a QB or a receiver, etc.

You would think that if a public school can structure thier punishments a billion dollar league could get there act together.
