It seems the loss to the Texans / the bye week was a huge turning point.

He does need to be fired. He is a bad coach and wins on player talent, not on coaching ability. He keeps around worthless coaches that detracts from the value to the team. I can name you 10 current coaches, who if they were in baltimore the last 5 years, would have won atleast one SB, if not more.

We will not win anything with harbaugh. He is just too medicore/poor of a coach with very little football littercy.
