I think we can get the three seed if we win out and the Pats lose at least one more, right? There's not much difference between three and four though.

Pretty much right on. Baltimore clinched a playoff spot and for the Ravens, we can keep the Bengals out of the playoffs by beating them in Week 17 even if they do win against Pittsburgh, and the Jets win out to get to 9-7, a Bengals loss in Week 17 would drop them to 9-7 and a Jets win in Week 17 would get them to 9-7 if they win out and the Jets would get the 6th Seed due to a tiebreaker over Cincy. So if Cincy beats you guys, we can keep them out of the playoffs by beating them and hoping the Jets win out to get the 6th Seed.

Jaguars, and Dolphins is what's left for the Patriots, I highly doubt we'll get the 3 Seed. The only difference is that the 4th Seed plays the 5th seed, meaning Andrew Luck would come to Baltimore, or if we get the third seed, we would play the 6th Seed meaning either Steelers/Bengals/Jets.

facing pittsburgh in the playoffs is never an easy game, no matter how down their team is. hopefully they can lose to the bengals this week

What needs to happen is that we win Sunday and hope pittsburg(yeah I know) beat the Bungels. We will win the North. Then Harb should rest the starters and not play them in the last game against the Bungels so that they can get healthy.

I'm pretty sure we can take good care of the Colts, then travel to the Texans for a rematch as the forth seed, while Patsies as 3s go and beat Broncos as 2s, but not before they take out Pitts in the wildcard... so yes I'm hoping we do get to watch a re-match of last years' AFCCG... the seeding settles in that way, now if we'd just start winning again

On a different year, I wouldn't mind having a road game in the playoffs (as it was the case usually) but, with a few exceptions, our defense was ruthless back then and it didn't seem to be fazed by any crowd in the league. Yes, we will most likely only host one game but even that could prove to be crucial down the stretch. Plus, the selfish me wants to be able to watch another playoff game at the Bank.
