Didn't we just activate Anthony Levine? I thought there was an article about him not ordering food because he got activated from PS. And I think I remember seeing him in on punt coverage on a play too.

With Jacoby such a key guy on offense Reed can spell him as a returner. Imagine the speed we haave at WR now.

Reed is screwed with the numbers game and if we activate him on gamedays we'll have to deactivate LaQuan. Harbaugh loves Reed for some inexplicable reason though so thats probably what will happen.

I think this is depth, because Jacoby got real close to being injured.

Huh. Well, they see him in practice so I will give him a chance but going off of history and production I like JJ better than Reed. Perhaps they will use them both to keep them fresh and in different situations. It would be nice having Reed & JJ in the endzone or back to take punts and stuff. Imagine them both returning the ball. It could be a dynamic return.

Then again, maybe that's too fantastical, lol. We'll probably see some reverses from David Reed.

I hope not. Doss' hands are money. Reed's are suspect.

I don't think this has anything to do with Jacoby's knee, to be honest. I've been hearing for weeks about how Reed was getting close to recovery, and that there was essentially a roster spot waiting for him when healthy.
