He did great in the preseason! We never gave him a chance during the season.
Ruki got a game ball for team MVP of the Falcons in that game where Ryan torched him for more yards than I care to remember. It was a bloodbath.

Its a mix up, if I was going Offense I would have to say either JO or Jamal Lewis, if it was defense, Peter Boulware or McCalister.

Reasons for JO - Obvious one, this would allow an increase in the passing and running game for the Ravens, allowing both sides to be run strong, giving rice more lanes and Flacco more time

Reasons for Jamal - Imagine the old Tampa Bay running game with Alstot and Dunn but in purple and black. A quick, shifty, receivering back combined with a powerful, mauling back that can get the 3-4 and short yardage. Would be great for the goal line offense stats.

Reasons for Peter - Not many former or current ravens could get to the QB like Peter did in his prime. The only reason I didnt mention McCrary is due to the fact we no longer play a base 4-3 and Boulware was somewhat of a hybrid LB/RE to begin with. Would be great to see him and Suggs bookend one more time.

Reason for McCalister - Another easy one, with the lack of pass D this season, having a tall shutdown corner like McCalister would take away a large part of the field, forcing more run or passes to the other side.

Im gonna go with Ogden too. We could put everyone where they would need to be. Id see J.O. K.O Birk Yanda Oher. Even though Birk would still be the weak point J.O. would be a huge help for K.O. to learn the left side of the line.

Yeah. KO at LG would far and away be the line's weak point.

5 guys i would like to see back.

1. Sam Adams- One of the reasons our 2000 defense was so legendary. terrific run stuffer.
2. Both Duane Starks and Chris McAllister in their primes. They were the best cornerback duo in the history of the Ravens.
3. Peter Boulware and Jamie Sharper- Along with Ray Lewis, they were the best linebacking group in the NFL at the time.

I'm not going to list the obvious selections such as Ogden and Ray in his prime.

So I don't know about you guys but I tend to think in terms of "Baltimore football" instead of "Ravens football." So an obvious answer from that perspective might be Johnny U or Bubba Smith. But, for me, I just want more FUN. So I say we bring back Artie Donovan:

Come on. Tell me you don't want to see Artie Donovan throw elephant poop in Pouncey's face.

Well...... Since you put it like that.......wouldn't it be fun to see Ted Hendricks play with Sizzle and healthy, young Ray? Complete chaos! The Mad Stork on the loose!

I just want to go back to the draft Calvin Johnson was in... and trade whatever it took to get that pick.

Whether it be draft picks, players, or a combination of both.

Ogden. Not even close.
My second choice would be Jamal. Him and Rice would be a lethal combo, especiallyif we had a real OC that would put both those guys on the field at the same time.

That would be pretty cool. How about Bert Jones to Torrey? Very few arms in NFL history stronger than Flacco but Bert is probably one of those few.
lol, say what you want about frank Walker. The guy had a mean grip. If someone tried to run by him, he would grab and never let go.

A young JO

Put him on the line for the 10 years or more

Would do wondrous things for our run and pass game
