I'd disagree with the notion that Flacco=A. Smith but he simply isn't consistent enough. Sure the oline has sucked today, but Joe himself has missed plenty of throws. He has plenty of crap games where he can't even complete 6 yard throws, he simply isn't worth top 5 money.
