Week 12 - Baltimore Ravens at San Diego Chargers

I'm looking for the offense to pick up some early first downs to get things on track. I think the Chargers will load the box to stop Ray and that should leave the middle of the field open. If Cam attacks it, the offense will have a huge day because of play action.

I would love to see the Ravens break out the running game and screen passes. I don't see us matching up well in a passing shootout. Pitta might still be hearing bells from his concussion even though he is cleared to play. Dickson hasn't proven that he is the go-to guy just yet. Boldin is a consistent workhorse. Torrey is having a sophomore letdown, but is due to have a breakout game soon. I'd rather see a few deep passes to Jones. I'm not worried about our run defense as much as the banged up secondary. Once again, the key is to get to Rivers early and often.

ain't that the truth? every time it seems like another team "could" help the Ravens by beating one of their rivals....they don't! (i.e. the lions lose to the texans and the jets lose to the patriots). the Ravens CAN'T depend on any other team for help! they need to be focused on handling their own business. win today! win next week! win the week after that...etc, etc, etc.

IF flacco can lead this offense to a better offensive performance on the road. IF flacco will be more accurate with his passes. IF they can move the ball and chains consistently! IF they can convert short yardage situations and avoid 3rd & long yardage. IF the running game is more consistent or non-existent. and, IF the play calling will be more creative or that same old b.s. that Cam loves to toss out there over and over and over again.
