Ok,so McPhee says he 100%,but Harbaugh doesn't and that's suppose to make a difference,Really! Look I like McPhee,I really do but either he's healthy or he's not none of this 85%,90% or whatever! He said he would be ready to start the season and he wasn't, He's 100%,but he's not! I'm confused!
