Favorite Day 3 Prospects

Who are they and where do you think they will go?
I'm kinda fond of Daniel Williams, the TE from Alabama, said to be an excellent run blocking TE, if he develops his catching abilities he could be very valuable in our team where we tend to use another offensive linemen in jumbo packages.
Another, Daniel McCullers (NT) who probably won't declare but if he did, I'm absolutely interested, 6'8 and 360lbs. Will maul folk.
Ray Ray Armstrong, S from Miami. Maybe we can save this kid, he will be much needed when Ed retires.

I mentioned Duke Williams from Nevada in another thread. Also, in a somewhat unexciting QB class, Mike Glennon from NC State sticks out as a sleeper with significant potential. He has the arm strength to make most, if not at NFL throws, shows good decision making, solid ball placement, and a relatively quick delivery for someone his height. I also like his poise. In numerous games when being down, he showed no signs of it, and continued making plays in an attempt to erase the deficit. While I could be mistaken, he seems eerily similar to Joe Flacco at times on tape. I have no idea where he's projected, however, so he might not belong in this thread.
Said to be a Day 2 prospect. I like the fact you mention "drive", which too many players are lacking in these days. If Flacco can finally get over his road woes he'll be in Baltimore for a very long time thankfully. Nonetheless, a team can get some good value on Day 2 if they give him some time.

Ah. I should've figured as much. Thank you and I definitely agree with you. An ideal situation always helps. This may sound a bit crazy to some, but of the QB needy teams, I'd consider Kansas City as such. There's a very good OL in place, with an outstanding OT duo to keep the signal caller's jersey clean, as well as a solid running game and a defense with a lot of upside. I'll make sure to look up the names you threw out when I have the chance, especially Daniel McCullers, because a 6'8 NT sounds very intriguing, and hilarious.

If you wanted to see some tape. You definitely notice the size.

You mentioned Ray Ray Armonstrong. I don't think he is still at The U. I forget where he went but he's not there any more. I do like him, though. He's got talent but he has character concerns. Probably would fit more as a Bengal or Lion. A shame, really.
I don't have time to post all positions, but I will go off of currently-projected late-round guys whom I have watched and liked.
Aaron Donald, Pittsburgh. A little short but a tweener. He could be another Paul Kruger. He has pass-rushing skills. I think he could be a depth OLB, which we need.
Nathan Williams, Ohio State. I watched Ohio for Hankins and came away impressed by Simon & Williams. Simon will go much higher but I like Williams as a late round guy.
AJ Francis or Joe Vellano, Maryland. I definitely like these two guys and I've seen them projected late on a lot of sites. Personally, I'm a big fan of either of these guys. Vellano is a little undersized in height to be a traditional DT but he's a Hell of a player and if he was there past the 5th round I would take a chance on him. Francis has been a great player, too. Vellano can apply good pressure on the QB from the 3-4 DE position, but his size could be an issue for him. I think he would be better as a NT due to his size.
Philip Thomas, Fresno State. I watched the game against Boise State, I came away impressed with Philip Thomas. I then looked him up and discovered that he leads the nation in INT. What I noticed is he is always around the ball. He reminds me of Ed Reed. I watched the Colorado game after liking him against BSU and saw that he was also a playmaker with the ball.
I'm now just going to mention all the CBs I like after round 3. Travis Howard, Ohio State. Darius Slay, Mississippi State. Tyrann Mathieu. Howard looks like a good CB. He certainly has the size and is physical enough. He can be our J Smith if he doesn't pan out, though I believe he will. Slay is a beast and while Banks gets a lot of attention I think Slay is good in his own right. Everyone knows Mathieu, but if he is there in the 7th how can you pass on that? Way too much potential.
Welcome to the Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens, Matt Elam, #32nd overall, 1st round pick!
Welcome to the Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens, Arthur Brown #56th overall, 2nd round pick!
Welcome to the Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens, Brandon Williams, #94th overall, 3rd round pick!

Of the for sure Day 3 guys:
james ferentz - He may have terrible size for a a C, but he is a technician and understands football. I think this is the type of player who you would feel comfortable with coming in on the line at any point and you will probably not want to take him out
Draft-a-Franchise: Calgary Stampeders
Armchair GM of the: Seattle Seahawks

I really like McCullers. I also like Geathers but I think he goes back to school because he's played in Jenkins shadow this year. I doubt Geathers declares, whom I'm particularly fond of right now. Regardless, I like McCullers and would be happy with him. I see him as a 4th round pick, possibly a 3rd.

I really like the Maryland DL and Darius slay too however I don't know enough about them to list them. They have definitely been on my radar however. I'd like Slay and Vellano on this team. I've mocked them both somewhere around this forum haha.
Yep, total brain fart when I wrote Miami for Armstrong he's at Faulkner University atm. Haha definitely Bengal or Lion material.
I'm going to look into this Thomas. Do you think he'll still be day 3 come draft time?

A couple fringe Day 3 guys I like are Ryan Swope who seems to have good size and catches everything and DJ Swearinger who is vastly underrated with this S class and Jon Bostic..All these guys may be 3rd rounders though

Bostic. Win. I'll suss out Ferentz. Do you think we're still unknown for interior linemen?

Joe vellano would be a good 3-4 DE, especially with his pass rush skills. Espn and cbssports both say he is 6'2 285 so I don't think he'll be a NT but he would be a good corey redding type Dlinemen if he can continue rushing the qb and learn how to play the run. He wouldn't be a bad day 3 pick.

I think the interior should be pretty stable with Jah Reid, Gradkowski and Yanda. However quality depth is always needed
Because I love this topic and cant get it off my mind two more guys I have looked up are: Brandon Jenkins and Jordan Hill. If Jenkins was not injured he may have been a first rounder this year, he should be available in the mid rounds and could be an explosive edge rusher if he heals well. Jordan Hill may be one of those unsung heroes of the Penn St team this year. He has done great on their DL for multiple years and has good size and quickness he looks like a player who understands his role, eats up blocks and can still provide a pass rush. I could see him becoming a quality starter

Ed_Reed20 put me on Brandon Jenkins, and I really liked what I saw on film. Personally, I thought he was a better prospect last year than Clemson's Andre Branch. If he's at 100%, and available in the middle rounds, I hope our FO gives him consideration. The only issue that I have looking at some of the games now though is that he can be inconsistent at times.
