Basically meant we could run or pass and still get to the 2 minute warning. If they had waited til the 2 minute warning, we pretty much would have been forced to run to make them take their timeout.

Stupid timeout by Tomlin. You let the clock go to the 2 minute warning, it means the Ravens will almost 100% run to have the Steelers burn their last timeout.

But calling it at 2:04 allows the ravens to pass since the play will stop either way at the 2 minute warning with a run or pass.

I don't get why coaches do this.
