this is great news! really glad to hear it i feel like we may final have our pass rush close to 100 % depending on how well ngata is feeling... suggs ngata mcphee krugar... we havent gotten to see the 4 of them play healthy together yet this year! should be a major improvement.

Sorry to see Jimmy go under the knife, but glad we're getting some players healthy again. Crunch time of the season is here and we have lots of injured players. I can only be optimistic and hope the defense has figured-out the run game.

What a surprise. I knew he'd be back for the Steelers. Just hope he's really healthy now. If we can keep getting guys back this means we will be healthy with back ups getting good reps and valuable time. I hope the rest as also helped out Haloti.

Well, hopefully we will see the McPhee in his rookie year!I thoughts that Pernell could lead The Ravens in sacks this year, before the season started!I have Pernell down for about 15 sacks before the season has started, now if he can get about 7 sacks, knowing that he a 100% healthy I will be happy!

I hope he got the body right, and the explosiveness is back to what we saw last year!

McPhee also said he'd be ready for the start of the season all he needed was time[that afforded to him when he bypassed OTA and Training camp],well how did that workout? Maybe these guys should stop giving injury updates!

No way McPhee is in 100% game shape regardless of what shape he THINKS he's in. Hope he comes out healthy, as for all the guys up front. Leftwich will test us deep, and Miller underneath.

im starting to think the reason our d has been playing bad prior to the bye was because of players playing hurt. So many players on our d were playing hurt. Ngata mcphee suggs jimmy smith ed reed all were playing hurt and now that some our getting healthy is big for our d. Jimmys prob had the hernia most of the year bc he was always on the injury report with eithr groin or ab injury so it was definetly smart having him get surgery

honestly fudge that!!! just let mcphee get an xtra week just to make sure he's healthy, but if you want him to help spark up the defense more i say come at this at a weird angle and bench him for 2 weeks to let him rest and build appetite for some QB Lunch..... :I mmmm... roethlisburgers for Sunday night Dinner sounded good for a hungry defense, but i guess they're left to fight for a sandwich..:O eh hem... i mean leftwich....

He's been a soldier out there with that Knee brace on... He's an explosion guy, like Geno Atkins. Would love to see him get that expolsive upper body strength to go with it, but he's young yet. Getting him back at or near 100% in time for this game is HUGE... The Steelers guards are big, maybe he can get back to beating them off the ball... Him, Upshaw, Kruger and Suggs... Our own version of 4 pass rushers like the Giants on Passing downs... Once Haloti gets back to full speed towards the end of December, it will be a wrap
