Reports Say Jon Gruden is trying to coach in the nfl again in the offseason see if he could come in and be our Offensive Coordnator.

Well to be fair, hew was a good coach, but I don't want him. If anything we need a new Dcoordinator

While we're at it, let's hire Belichick as our defensive coordinator. And I hear Tony Dungy is looking for a job as a Special Teams coach.

Guys, lets be levelheaded here. Another playoff year(where we're headed) means more cam. Don't understand how Ozzie keeps him here year after year. However, I am crossing my fingers that Rex Ryan is our d-coord next year.

We're ranked 11th in points scored per game. That's not quite mediocre. Sure, we're 19th in yardage, big deal? Points win games, not yards.

Why to people keep starting more threads on replacing the coordinators? There are plenty already in play. Use those.
