According to Walter Football's Charlie Campbell Jon Gruden is preparing for a return to coaching in 2013. Charlie reports that Gruden is currently looking into assistants around the league regarding their availability after the 2012 Season.The problem is that according to a source, Gruden only wants a big name team and doesn't want to go coach a small market team. If he doesn't find the perfect situation, he'll be happy to remain at ESPN.

I second this notion. He's entertaining, but i think i'm missing something with his overall coaching success.:confession bear: I never though Jon Gruden was that great of a coach

Overrated and overhyped as a coach , he lucked into Tampa . Not sure why he is considered a qb guru either , dude couldn't find or develop a qb for crap in Tampa
