UPDATED: MESSAGE BOARDS CLOSING AFTER DRAFT   03/08/2017

After careful consideration, we have decided that we will sunset our message boards after this year's NFL Draft. Since we opened our boards a decade ago, the digital landscape has greatly evolved. While we understand there remains a smaller group of highly-engaged fans who participate in conversation in our forums, a significant amount of the dialogue about our team and our games has migrated away to other social media platforms over the past several years. Our message boards will remain up and running through Friday, May 5th, and will be removed on May 6th. We recognize that this change may upset avid members of our community. However, we look to utilize our time and resources to focus on how we can best connect with our fans across an array of digital/social outlets. If you are not already engaging us and other members of the Ravens Flock on our Facebook page, Instagram account, through Twitter or Snapchat, we invite you to follow us on those channels and continue to participate in our social communities. In addition, the commenting feature on our website articles will remain intact. Members will be able to continue using their boards account to log in and share their thoughts at the bottom of every news story. We’d like to thank all the Flock members and our moderators who have brought thoughtful conversation to this space and made our community great for the last 10 years. Ravens Social Media Hub »

Wasn't high on Ellerbe, but he played like a beast, and i hope it continues we need him....Now we need to move Upshaw to OLBer oppsite Suggs and we should be in good shape at LBer....

My lineups would look something like this:
4-3: LBs, Suggs, McClain, Kruger, DL, McPhee, Cody, Ngata, Upshaw.
Nickle: LBs, McClain, Ellerbe, DL, Suggs, McPhee, Ngata, Upshaw.
with everyone else rotating in and out to keep them fresh. And either line up if Upshaw stands up you still have your 3-4.

Everyone knows Ray can not be replaced; other players just play the same position he did.
Here's hoping the D steps up as we all hope they will.
Go Ravens.

i always thought ellerbe was gonna be good. Injuries hurt him and he was kinda in harboughs dog house for a little a couple years ago. Overall i think hes a better player than mcclain and hes starting to come into his own now that hes getting his chance

I've been a fan of his and I'm happy he's finally getting his time. With it was under different circumstances. As Boomin said though, 3.5 half sacks. That's pathetic.

I always believed that Ellerbe was a stud from day 1. I think he got into Harbaugh's dog house after an end zone celebration if I am not mistaken. Also, there was chatter that he lacked discipline and showed up late to meetings and so forth. But, I think he has gotten his act together and is ready to become a star! Mark my words he will be!

got to get behind these ravens. i think the defense will improve - maybe hit a nice stride. it takes time. but, i don't see the d-line doing any stunts, or any disguised or unpredictable blitzes - not a whiff of organized chaos. we need to get that back.

I do enjoy watching Ellerbe fly over the field but I think Ray needs to impart some wisdom to sniff out plays. Too often I see him running after a guy because he got past him. Instincts are more important than actual skill.

I give Ellerbe kudos for his improvement, but he can't do it all himself. Don't get me wrong, he's another success story of how we as an organization finds talent, we just need the rest of the D to get back into form.
