I feel like we need to stomp our bad WR draftings once and for all. We made a good pick ups 2 years ago grabbing torrey smith, I think this year we should trade down and pickup Justin Hunter.
I think it is time to add a solid playmaker by tradingdown...instead of drafting a couple more "project players by trading up". Quality over quantity this year.

Hunter looks like another AJ Greene, he stands 6'4 200lbs, and has Greene like production so far this season for the Volunteers.

Through 9 games Hunter has 56 catches for 838yds and 7tds

In his season before the draft, Aj Greene posted 57 catches for 858 and 8tds the entire season.

Projected round- Top 10-15.

he would give us that elite playmaker for the passing game and just make our team that much better. I think it would be an epic move, Hunter will be an elite playmker in the NFL, hopefully we would conser getting him

Injury prone and not physical enough. If we're gonna trade up for a receiver we might as well shoot for Allen.

By trading down, you mean trading "up" to get towards a Top 10-15 pick? Or are you assuming we're going to be picking in the top 10? I'm more accustomed to trading up as getting a higher draft pick (earlier in the draft) and trading down as getting a lower draft pick (later round/pick)

i don't like any of the receivers draft wise. Hunter was nonexistent against milliner and banks so basically hes been dominating bad CB's. if you can't beat good college CB's, you're not going to beat good NFL CB's. i'm not sold on him until he can perform against college footballs elite. i would've considered this last year if it was justin blackmon but justin hunter? no way.

Your back to front dude, you trade up from 30 ish to top 10. You trade down from 30ish to the second round.

And to answer your question, of we are trading up its for star, Hankins, jones, mango, or Sam Montgomery... In other words, an elite pass rusher, or d line man.

A wide receiver is a good idea. Round 2-3 though. Our first pick is for our front seven! ><

Or how about Da'Rick Rogers in the 5th?

Honestly, WR is least of my concerns in the upcoming draft. There are a couple I like but not until the 3rd or 4th round. We have way too many needs on the defensive side of the ball.

Cordarelle Patterson, Deandre Hopkins, Kenny Stills, Cobi Hamilton, Tavon Austin. I dont think any of those WRs, except maybe Hopkins, will go in the 1st.

I think we are OK at WR though. Remember Streeter will be healthy and hopefully stronger after a year of NFL conditioning. He has potential to be a star. Doss and Thompson I think are both going to be good players as well so unless someone we are really high on falls in the draft, I dont see us taking one.

I'm a huge Hopkins fan, however we will most likely not be acquiring him since we don't really need a wideout. Whatever team that gets him is going to get a damn good player though.

Not a fan of any of these wide receivers. If we're gonna pursue anyone I'm sure it'd be Ansah out of BYU

Justin Hunter looked much better last year before his injury. Hes not worth trading up for just for his ability(even though hes pretty athletic) Justin is similar to most of the ravens wide outs in terms of speed. The ravens have Tommy Streeter as well who I think will get a chance next year to play and contribute to the team. I think Allen from Cal would be a better fit, because he might slip in the draft and he plays the slot a lot. Allen or Austin would be good with me. No need to jump up on wide outs this year.

I still don't know why Mel kiper and Todd McShay Etc project him so highly. When I watch Tennessee play the other WR makes more plays than Hunter. I'd rather not reach for a WR this season. If one falls to us so be it. Such as Keenan Allen, Deandre Hopkins, Darick Rogers in a later round due to character. But next year having Sammy Watkins and Marques Lee available is the lottery along with J.Clowney,
