"Defensive Coordinator Dean Pees feels he can recognize problems faster from up top." Is there going to be a mirror up there?

We just lack identity on Offense and Defense. Special teams has been amazing this year though. Sam Koch has been the MVP of the Ravens IMO.

I don't see Pees as being aggressive as our players want. I know we could easily bring five guys for a blitz and someone would get there before the qb could get a throw off, unless it's Manning. We can't cover people forever and so the only other option is to bring more people.

This mite help him out ALOT! He has to see things from a different Perspective and then he can come back down on the field! Thats why complaining is pointless because the Ravens are still making adjustments in the "Field of Battle" and they are Winning in the process! "Duh"!

we can't stop the run, little to no pass rush , our corners out right suck and this is what Pees comes up with ?

The reaed between the lines message is he is lettingus know the players don't know whats going on. etween the new guys and the guys playing out of position, they dont know thier role well enough to make self adjustments. We were a year earlier then I would have liked letting Redding and JJ go. But when you overpay Ngata, Boldin, and Leach, plus have to sign Webb, pay for Sizzles sizable contract and try to make room for what will be a overvalued Flacco contract, you end up with what we have. Marginal players filling our our Starting ineup that would have been good back ups or Practice squad players if we didnt have these salary cap issues.

C'mon guys! At least he's tyna doin' something, he knows the D is playing bad, and not as good as he expected, but we should be a little more patience with Pees, he got good ideas, and the most important thing is that He's tryna correct the things the D is playing bad to overcome this poor playing and become a great team, what i mean is that AT LEAST HE'S TRYING TO MAKE THE THINGS BETTER IN HIS JOB AND FOR THE TEAM, difference with CAM... that cam doesnt matter or at least it seems like... Go Mr.Pees work hard!

Move up to the Goodyear blimp and drift to another team. A good way to find a new DC
AND TAKE CAMERON WITH YOU.

i feel cam would be a lot better up there as well. he would be able to see the weaknesses of defenses on certain plays better and call the right plays.

I think he'd be more effective watching the game on t.v. from home. Him and Cam, chilling on the couch...just WATCHING the game.

[/quote] I don't thinik cam will ever do a good job from anywhere. His entire coaching career is a failure. Moving to the box wouldn't change Cam.

The receivers are getting a five to seven yard cushion and are getting first downs and more with the greatness of ease...that can be seen from field level just as easy as from the booth.

Pees just is not the right fit for Raven Football, he may be a nice person but we need someone that will coach like a Raven. Our Def has lost its swag under pees leadership or lack there of.

You can recognize the problem really quick if you go home and watch the game on a flat screen.

hope the ravens gives you new glasses so you can see how C Williams and E Reed do not know how to tackle and stay with their receivers. If he doesn't improve, maybe Andy Reid will come.

Stay up in the box Pees you know seems better but it is only one game. We must see more to have faith in your coaching.

Yes there was a little improvement but remember this was the browns, the steelers won't be so kind.

I'm not the fan of box coaches, but if that's what it takes for the d to improve than go ahead!

One side note though: in Cleveland business went as usual: Richardson was much more effective in the first half - so, seems like regerdless where Pees is, we still have to wait with the major adjustments till the half time... So, even if it's the magic trick, it didn't work immediately...
