Everyone has been so focused on Ray Lewis being out with a triceps tear (and rightfully so) that Webb's welfare has seemingly gone undiscussed at length. Webb is a major piece to the Ravens defense as well so, is there any word on how he's doing?

I think Webb tries to keep everything low profile as much as possible cuz suffering ACL back to back is extremely tough for any player although the injury is for different leg this time....

I believe everything happens for a reason; we might not see it but it's there. Webb will come back strong than ever and finish the best CB of all time. I believe his excellent work ethic will help him succeed......

PS: I think it's more like mental recovery than physical recovery.....

That's because ray could be back this year. Webb won't.

It's also because if he doesn't come back this year he could very well retire.

Hence the extra concern.

i know that Webb is out for the year! but, how is he doing? how is his recovery coming along after surgery? any news?

He has had the surgery already. ( I have no source, but I read it somewhere )
It really is a routine surgery with a some what lengthy rehab.
I doubt you will hear much about him until August.
