The two running backs mirrored each other in the each of the Ravens-Browns matchups.

I'm glad we got Courtney Upshaw. He's getting a lot better and knows the new awesome runningback that we're going to face twice a year for a long time to come. It's weird though, I find myself eager for the next draft.

Rice is a beast it's good to know he may get the ball more going forward

Production may be similar, but Rice got the W both times.

Would I be wrong to say in this division, both the Ravens and Browns have the 2 best running backs?

I watched Richardson in College last year. Even though I live in Baltimore I till love Alabama. Very reminiscent of the Ravens(all previous years) Pure defense and run game. Richardson and Rice=Beast.

Ray Rice is the "fuel" for our engine up to and into the Playoffs,... Trent Richardson is a skilled back playing for a perennial cellar-dweller!

That's the only comparison that matters in my opinion!

It would be nice if that were to happen but Cam has a tendency to kill winning streaks by getting cute!

speaking of scary doug martin looks like ray rice in a bucs uniform, the only real difference is the bucs line blocks for him and their offensive coordinator knows how to get doug the ball

Lets give the ball to Cam Cameron and let him run with it.

Then lets compare Cam Cameron running skills against his playbook and lets see if it mirrors each other to get a 1st down in 30 minutes.

Richardson is a great back but I am glad we have Ray Rice, who is the best overall back in the NFL. Sadly we don't use him as being the best back in the NFL!

Both of those guys are beasts, but I think they both have different strengths. I do like the open respect for each other despite the division rivalry.

I predicted we would win because R. Rice would not be out played by the rookie; it was close but I was wrong. R. Rice played well but T. Richardson played slightly better statically. As much as I love R. Rice and believe the offense needs to go through him for the Ravens to win, I see his weakness is being somewhat easy to tackle. Ray is more effective in space where he has room to be elusive. Although he is strong he does not have the power to move the pile or drag defenders. He has a great stiff arm and spin move but again they are more effective in space. Richardson on the other hand requires multiple tacklers which suggest his ability to physically beat his man where Rice is better at getting away from his man. Occasionally Rice will lower his head and shoulder and run over an opponent but they tend to be smaller guys in the secondary. Seems like Richardson can run over LBs and some D-linemen. Granted they are two different style running backs so to a certain extent it is almost like comparing apples and oranges.
