Interesting and useless fact I found, the Ravens are 6-0 when Flacco has a rushing TD

Get him 3 lol...

As opposed to Ravens winning by at least 0 or negative points?
exactly.

I'm actually a little bit nervous. If McFadden plays I'm more nervous.

They got a bunch of WRs I'm scared of. I hope we can generate pressure vs them. If not its gonna be another classic 2012 ravens game.

Before anyone gets too cocky, the Raiders did beat the Steelers and our team has been quite inconsistent. Just pointing that out.

I'm afraid of Raider fans, those people are crazy: https://www.google.com/search?q=raiders+fans&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&hl=en&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=flKZUOWJIIyY8gStnICAAw&biw=1280&bih=697&sei=gFKZUMrtA4Ki8ATL1IC4CA

Palmer has done well against the Ravens in the past on some really bad Bengals teams and the way the Ravens have played so far there are no easy wins coming any time soon.

That's true but the Marvin's defense mostly holds Joe in check, and this time Joe goes up against the Oakland with poor pass defense. If Joe and Rice can score and eat up the clock, Palmer doesn't do any good.

For the record, Joe and Rice own everybody at home.......

Away game is mostly worrisome.......

PS: We have the best fans in the league; any team entering M&T stadium will be intimidated, even before the ball game starts.

Any given sunday. The Jags, Chiefs, Seattle....oh those memories.

Lets squash them.

I'm not worried about the Raiders this Sunday. I truly expect a dominating victory for the Ravens.
I want to expect the Ravens to dominate but every time I expect a strong performance (pretty much every game after game 1), I find hmyself screaming at the tv during a game...this is a game they should win though

I think at least half of these were on his rookie year. I remember him making a few in his rookie year.

Pertaining to the game, I think it's going to be another close call. The offense shows little signs of improvement. However, we find ways to win the game. So I believe it'll be another emotional roller coaster until/unless we find a way to win.

Pittsburgh is surprisinly bad in Oakland, I can't say that this makes me fear the Raiders though. If anything, it's the Ravens that have me concerned, but not at home.

Off the top of my head, I can't recall Palmer having particularly good performances. His team certainly had some wins, but guys like Jonathan Joseph (aka the Flacco killer) might have had more to do with that.

Palmer had his share of good games against us back in the day before Flacco/Harbs were here. 2004-2007.

Carson Palmer is an underated QB, and he knows the Ravens well.

DaRaidas have some speed, and this may be a trap game if we are looking ahead to the Steelers. The Ravens are not blowing teams away, and should have no reason to under estimate any NFL team. Not predicting a shut out in this post.

The Browns have a better kicker than QB. Going for three is a trap, but it is better then 0 points. Five FG's cost them the game.
That game was won/lost when the Browns went for the 4th down conversion in thier own territory. If they kick it away they most likely don't get the ball back so it was a good call by the Browns............good stand by the D too.

the ravens rarely win by that much of a point differential. Cam seems to throttle down once he has a lead. sometimes i wonder if he just like to keep the game interesting or something

Yes, and that "throttle down" has lost some games in the past.............our OC and DC have tried to sit on leads before with bad results.

Mind if I replace the Chiefs with the Titans? I don't believe that we've lost to the Chiefs over the last several years. Just a small correction. Your point still stands, of course.

I love my ravens and I always will. But guys honestly we have serious issues and its not just our defence. The main problem I can see is our O- Cordinator, he doesn't know how tools adjustments if his sorry life depended on it. Yah we won last week but if we were facing a decent quarterback or team, we would have been blown out by the time we went 3 and out six times in a row. Like I just don't know where to begin, cam Cameron is pathetic. It took him 6 drives to finally realize that he can't just keep running It on 1st down because clearly the browns started stacking the box. After 6 drives he finally called a play action. He is one of the worst coordinators I have ever seen. Same situation in the chiefs game couldn't make any adjustments and we ended up with 9 points.

Thanks for the laugh!

Haha, I hate living out here......
I would go to the game if it was here.
All my friends think Palmer is "elite" and that Flacco is worse than Russel was

Cam Cameron is a joke, he is one of the worst coordinators i have ever seen in my life. it took this fool 6 drives to make a simple adjustment. Anybody watching the game could see that the browns had adjusted and were stacking the box against the run yet this dummy kept running the ball on 1st and 2nd down. After 6 drives of going 3 and out he finally decided to calll a play action on first down and guess what it picked us up a first down. If we were playing a half decent team we would of gotten whopped by the time those 6 three and outs were done. He needs to go by the end of the year. The guy is a complete fool. Even in the chiefs game he couldnt make any adjustments and we ended up with 9 points just pathetic.
