There was a little boy dressed up in a mouse costume, must've been about 3-4 yrs of age. He was the nicest and most polite of all the trick-or-treaters, saying please and thank you.

I gave him the most candy.

Seriously. When I worked retail, I'd give parents with well-behaved kids extra coupons as a discreet way to say "thanks for raising your kid to respect other people." Ugly flashbacks to kids literally tearing apart our displays...

This year is going by too fast... HUGE Christmas displays out today at a few stores. Feels like just yesterday we were celebrating Valentine's Day or something...
