I know this will probably receive a lot of hate but what would you think about offering something around a 3rd or 4th rounder for Dwayne Bowe.

I know he is under a 1 year contract but he really wants out of KC and there is no way they would be able to re-sign him this offseason. They aren't playoff bound and if they don't move him they will miss out on a draft pick as he doesn't really add anything to their team so we could grab him for cheap. Maybe extend him prior to the offseason.

Bowe is the kind of guy we need right now. Torrey Boldin and Jacoby Jones have had awful trouble getting off of press coverage, something Bowe is fairly good at. He is the kind of possession guy Boldin used to be in his prime. If by any chance we can extend him he would be a great player to take Boldin's spot. Nothing against Tandon Doss but I don't expect him to suddenly be the best guy on the field next season.

You can call him a Diva all you want but so are most receivers on teams that have such awful quarterbacks since he has been in the league. I doubt he would say anything bad about the team we have here.

I'd be surprised if we even made a run at him in the off season. The cap hit and salary will be out of our range.

Who would we get rid of? Never mind the cap space and contract he'd demand.....who would we release for the roster spot?

Why would the Ravens want Bowe? He drops way too many balls for the money he would demand, and there's been enough trouble with that over the past few seasons, especially in the playoffs.

I like your thinking..

I say we trade Flacco and CamCam to KC for Dwayne Bowe. Trade them to a team who wants to deal with losers. LMAO JK.

I'd love to have Bowe to either take the bulk of coverage and a WR who would get open immediately especially in bump coverage.

Exactly. I mean what is a message board for? Can't be making threads and having discussions. That's not the purpose of a message board.

But is it necessary to make so many unneeded threads on the exact same topic? There is a way to make threads and have discussion without creating excessive and unneeded threads.

Even if we had cap space, Cam would force Bowe into doing things he's uncomfortable with and we'd be in the same situation. Watching the games over again, It's painfully obvious that the lack of diversity in playcalling and route selection is killing us.

So would the offense then run 4 and 5 WR sets and omit Ray Rice even more to accommodate Dwayne Bowe along Cam Cameron's need throw 40 times a game?

I doubt it. I feel like Jacoby, Torrey, and Dwayne would be used interchangeably depending on what the situation calls for.

Honestly I think the first 3 plays for Bowe would be End-Arounds.

Honestly if we did acquire Bowe, I'd probably bust my tv when his first play from scrimmage is an End-Around lol
