yes and keep in mind something , this aint the billick era , anything is possible with Joe and Ray and little Ray, if we keep tod as a blocker and send wilcox as a passing TE then we have a chance to get todd free atleast once , thier PR is decent but rice and mcgahee will negate that , the Factors are little different then the indy game , we also got Rolle back , and possibly Landry( long shot but maybe this sunday we will see him.)

and remember according to texan fans Ray lewis is our only big name look at thier boards they think he is our only weapon. I am sure the players know better , its time to dial up something we havent used much of , Ryan I am pleading Show your Dads old play you know you been Saving the 4-6 Bear House Blitz style.

I'm still optimistic about this game but just have a tingle in the back of my mind, saying boy this looks familiar.

I am scared too.
I see us being flat and sloppy. We don't know much about this team and it appears a pretty vanilla game playing -who?- the Texans???!

These are the ones that typically come to bite us. Along with Indy, of course. lol

all the numbers didn't piont to us beating indy. We were big underdogs, seeing as how we hadn't beaten thme in like 100 years.

Plus, the guys on NFLN, the only network I really care about, all wen with houston. *Sigh*, they all want to be the ones who pick the upsets  .......

Your pass rush scares me.

The only way the Texans win this one is if they somehow are able to protect the QB and don't commit turnovers. They had trouble with the Steelers pass rush (3-4) and have been pretty consistent in turning the ball over, so I'm not real optimistic as I head out to the stadium.

If the Texans can gave Sage enough time to get rid of the ball, there should be yards to be gained in the 10-15 yard zones. That's really the only thing you all need to be concerned about the way I see it.

I am scared as well but here are some facts. Sage is no peyton. Andre johnson is not as proven as harrison/wayne (he is a fantasy stud but that rarely means super bowl stud). His big games have came against the Lions/Bengals/Dolphins. Slayton has rushed fro over 100 yards once this seaon. Slayton/Andre/owen Daniel are not going to risk ending their careers by going across the middle. Andre on offense/Mario Williams on defense will be double teamed the entire day. Ray doesnt like all the defensive highlights only showing Suggs. Look for Yamon, Lewis, and Reed to have huge days. I got Yamon returning one, Reed returning a tipped ball by rolle, Lewis interception, Suggs 3 sacks, Flacco 250/2/1 (1 to mason 1 to Heap), and Willis getting 1. Ravens 38 Houston 13

As long as the ravens run the ball effectively (Texans rush defense ranked 23rd) and keep that monster of a WR off the field, I see a win.

You just have to hope that this team learned that game. This team has gottent better week by week. I don't think we will be flat or unperpared.

If the game turns into quick drives resulting in points (by both teams) i think the ravens are at a disadvantage, if the drives eat up time, then i think that gives our d a chance to make some plays and we control the game and win easy.

The same can be said about the game vs. the Browns. I dont think anyone should take the Texans lightly but I am also not willing to call it a loss before we play.

We don't know much about them? This is the National Football League. Everybody knows everybody.
Just because you don't know anything about them, doesn't mean we don't know anything about them.

Yeah...we haven't even played yet...If our OL and DL get it done, and they certainly CAN, Flacco has an outstanding game with the receivers getting open, our D plays lights out like it was the playoffs (and I think this is a prep game for the same), then we win a tough game.

B'LIEVE, HON!!! ;)

i bought 40 dollars in scratch offs and won 20 so i am going to quit while i am ahead. FYI i just found airfare to Dallas on Sat Dec 20th returning Sun 21st for $180. I am hoping Dallas will be knocked out by then and we can clinch with a win.
