Sunday QB

Are there any Trade Possibilities

I heard of a few names, Dwayne Bowe, LeGarrette Blount and some others. Does anyone have any other possibilities? Any trades for the Ravens?

I heard the Jets were thinking about dangling Tebow for a trade.

And I sure think the Ravens offense would be more fun to watch if he was the QB.

The only player named I would be interested in is Dwayne Bowe. If we make a trade, it would need to be a defensive player. Offensively, we're fine. We just have to stop making mental mistakes and Cam needs to call more slants. We need a DE/DT type player.

However, I highly doubt we will be involved in a trade.

It's just not an Ozzie type move to make an in season trade.

We don't have the cap to bring in a new player.

It's just not going to happen.

I have to agree with "The Rave[background=rgb(242, 242, 242)]n"[/background]
We dont have enough cap to bring someone of a Bowe or Jackson type figure. What we do have to make sure is if there was a trade, that it was for the more important positions, like DE, NT, and CB. At this point and time, if we can improve those three spots then were right back in the thick of it as a legitimate superbowl team but if the D keeps giving up these many yards and points a game, Dean Peas and most of that defense will be looking for new jobs next year.

I would like to trade a 4th round pick for Cowboys CB Mike Jenkins. Hes not the BEST cornerback but he could supplement our shaky secondary and the Cowboys are shopping him for a 4th round pick. Everyone saying dwayne bowe trades are neglecting the fact that KC has him priced at a 1st round pick.

I think this is 100 percent an ozzie move. If ozzie makes a trade its for a player with decent upside for a 4th round pick. and jenkins will only go 1.52M against the cap...not like most other players who take their rediculous salaries with them when they get traded.

Like the others, I believe Mike Jenkins could be had.
I believe a LFW article even mentioned the possibility. I wouldn't necessarily be against it.

It would be a good move to get Jenkins. We need to make a move like that and like I said the situation calls for it.

Go get Steve Smith from Carolina!
Why not just put all our chips down on a megatron trade! Because we have about the same chance as picking up Calvin as we do Steve Smith

The top priority is depth on the OL. Jah Reid stays injured and I have questions about Gino Gradkowski as our "center of the future." Bobbie Williams is done.

Our OL moving forward should be

Mckinnie LT
KO. LG
Birk. C
Yanda. RG
Oher RT

But we need depth after these five.

A good DT is also needed.

Otherwise we should just stand pat.
Trade Ramon Harewood to the Buffalo Bills for Chris Hairston and if we get him put K.O at Left Guard and Hairston at Right Tackle

Why in the world would Buffalo trade away Hairston for either McKinnie or Harewood?

Gradkowski fits as a zone blocking center. Smaller, good athleticism, and smart with good feet. I'm assuming he was selected with the hopes he could turn into something like Houston's center Myers.

No. Just no. No! Why the hell would we trade Harewood? And why the hell would the Bills want Harewood?

Gino is strong for a little dude too. He may be small, but quickness, strength, and power go a very long way. Gino's size can be masked in a zone scheme as well since it puts a lot of emphasis on double teams.

Ok so lets trade our only semi-reliable backup left tackle because that's how a successful team is run.
