I'm up, it's pretty late, I'm bored, so here we go.

2012 NFL MVP watch....

Heres my list for week 8, --- 10/26/12.

1) Peyton Manning (comeback player of the year, no doubt).
2) Aaron Rodgers
3) Eli Manning
4) Matt Ryan
5) Robert Griffin lll
6) Arian Foster
7) JJ Watt
8) Percy Harvin
9) Charles Tillman
10) Lance Briggs

I think when it's all said & done Rodgers will be MVP, RG3 OPOY, Briggs DPOY (just beats JJ Watt), coach of the year, Gary Kubiak & Mike Smith. Rookies of the year, AFC- Luck. NFC, RG3.

Left out of MVP/OPOY/DPOY watch, but easily could be up there (honorable mentions): Drew Brees,Tom Brady,Joe Flacco,AJ Green,Ben Roethlisburger,Victor Cruz,Adrian Peterson,Clay Matthews, Bruce Irvin,Alfred Morris.

What says yous?

Sadly, I agree. When you have a QBR of 0.3 in your MVP season, you shouldn't be MVP.

That being said, could this be a year where the MVP isn't a QB???

Arian foster apart from getting goal line touchdowns is having an awful year compared to previous years. He shouldn't be anywhere near the list.

Rice has been the most complete running back and its entering that time of year he really racks up most of his touches and yards.

I think Percy Harvin deserves it most right now, but its hard not seeing it go to a QB - I am hoping Eli

Foster led the league in rushing before AP took it on his bye week. He has the most tds for a position player. His team has a great record.

I think being 6th on my list is fair.

That's why he's in my honorable mentions. A couple weeks ago people were talking about that. Plus I had to throw a Raven out there lol. Rice could of easily been up there as well.

If the New Orleans Saints manage to get themselves back to .500 before season's end, Drew Brees deserves to be the league's MVP. Why? Because for a team that virtually has no defense and no head coach, Brees has been the leader that has kept the Saints in their games (sans the game against the Denver Broncos).

Trust me, if Chase Daniel was New Orleans QB, right now, that team would be getting blown-out every week...
