Browns LB Scott Fujita Out For Season

The Browns have placed LB Scott Fujita on season ending IR after suffering a neck injury that may be career ending.

At the rate these injuries (to linebackers) are happening, the question is: Will [i]any[/i] NFL team NOT have a LB that suffers a majorinjury, before season's end?

It may just be football, and there's obviously that physicality issue that comes from playing the sport, but something seems fishy with these season-ending injuries to Jon Beason, Brian Cushing, Scott Fujita, Sean Lee and, yes, even Ray Lewis...

it's odd how many season ending injuries are happening to defensive players, even though the nfl is attempting to crack down on player safety. I can't remember a year with injuries at a rate like this
