i hate when people put period at the end of the sentence, that does nothing at all for you.
It makes them feel better about their stance. But in reality it put them in a bad place because most people us it at the wrong time. It is meant to be used to close out a statement that is factual and undisputable. Example....the Ravens have played on of the toughest schedules, dealt with heartbreak, emotions, and things haven't always been pretty. But after 6 weeks, they are 5-1.period

No one can argue that they are 5-1, we can talk about how impressive or unimpressive it might be, but their record is fact. However, putting the word period behind an opinion often leads to you looking foolish, because someone will come along with facts and prove your theory wrong.

Another example, Torrey Smith will be a bust because he has small hands...period. How did that work out?

Schefter just reported Suggs expects to play this Sunday. That his family is traveling to Houston to see him play, in one of the quickest returns for this type of injury.

Don't care what he looks like now, even out of shape he's going to command respect, and it will open things up for other guys. Plus after everything that happened this week, I think it's going to be huge for the confidence of the rest of the team.

This is crazy. I'm not going to question it because they know his situation way better than we do and there is zero chance that if they felt he was in danger of re injuring that they would allow him to play.

im thinking maybe rotation of the OLBs if its true he does play. im glad for him that the injury isnt as severe as originally thought by everyone.

I thought he looked bigger, but you need to realize he's probably been lifting more since he's been limited conditioning wise. It's not like he was allowed to run while the achilles was healing. You can expect a weight drop in the next few weeks and should've expected him to be a little bigger.

Okay just listened to Schefter on Mike and Mike. He pretty much confirmed that this is coming right out Sizzle's mouth. I wonder if the Ravens have the same plans as him.

I hope he isn't rushing it, but he is a pro. He's not going to riski his money maker by coming back when he isn't ready.

Welcome back. How we have missed you.

Sergio, I wish you well *.

* If Suggs is really back!

Nah I think one of the guys they just brought up from the PS will go back down and one of the guys just signed to the PS will go bye bye again.

This is nuts. Can he really be in game shape? For one of our biggest tests to date? I'm calling manure on this.

I'll believe it when I see it. Perhaps it will just be a snap here or there. I could actually see that occurring.
He's not yet on the active roster though is he? Until that happens, I'm not buying it.

On the one hand I'm like...Yay!
On the other I'm like....wait, could he possibly be ready?

I'm not sure how healthy he is, but I can't say I love our chances in this game with or without him in the lineup. I hope he sits this one out and comes back after the bye.

Chris Mortenson just said on mike and mike that this is very dangerous to bring him back now....
They also had an ex NFL player who had the same injury and he said not in danger of re injury.. just won't be explosive or in football shape

Suggs said from day one, that he wasn't as bad off as the reports said. After getting doctors opinions Harbs said they were ffortunate for the injury not to be as bad. Suggs said he would be back in October or November and all reports have been positive on his rehab. Suggs also said he had a new procedure peformed that would allow his rehab to be much quicker then normal. With all this being said, I don't really see it as a stunt or rush for him coming back. I look at it as, Suggs wasn't just popping off at the mouth about his return. He set a date and worked his butt off to see to it that he returned as close to that date as possible.

Is he 100%, or will he get re-injured, who knows. But if he does play, it'll be a great accomplishment for him and a boost to theteam.

That actually would be the smarter move to wait till after the bye.

Ah man, I'm not nearly qualified enough, nor did I stay in a nice hotel last night, to talk medical procedure, I'm a finance guy lol. But Suggs said something about using lasers so the incision point wasn't as larger as usual, which would allow him to begin rehab quicker.

If I had more time, i'd search for the exact quote, but right now I'm just going off what I believe I heard back in April

He can't possibly be ready to play, can he? If he does, then great! I'm just skeptical. If the doctors say he's ready to play, I'll believe it.

I hope Sizzle doesn't play this week. I know he has something to prove, but he needs to chill and take the extra 2 weeks to prepare for the run to the finish. This is a huge game, but it is more important that he is ready and healthy through February.
