But I'm ready to see the 'new' Ravens. I don't need to rewatch when we lost the 2 best defensive players on our defense for 2012.

Ngata is good and Sizzle is WEEKS from returning. Those two are our best defensive players.I think I'll pass...we'll its over so I had to.

Ngata is likewise banged up and Suggs wasn't playing so he can't currently be our best defensive player.Ngata is good and Sizzle is WEEKS from returning. Those two are our best defensive players.
Either way, nothing good to be seen out of the replay.

Rewatched it, between pollard and lewis there was about 8 or 9 missed tackles. If those tackles were made the gains would've been 3 yards insteadof 8, Need tofix that ASAP!
Can't believe you were voted down for this comment. I heard Pollard himself complain about it during and after the game. Most importantly it's a problem that is actually fixable and could help our offense out a bit, so they don't have to score on every drive, just to keep pace with offenses that are just stepdancing through our defense.

He was voted down because he said Lewis and Pollard had 8 or 9 missed tackles, which is a fallacy. Check Pro Football Focus if you'd like; Ray is only credited with one missed tackle on the season. To say Pollard and Ray accounted for 9 of our 14 missed tackles in this past game is kind of ridiculous considering they are by far our best and most consistent tacklers.

Webb was having a break out year.
My hands down was Ray and Webb this season. They are our best players on defense. Hands down. With Webb being a close third.

I don't have a clue what you're talking about but Haloti is the most dominant defensive lineman in the league and Suggs is the reigning DPOY. Our best players on defense are on the mend and will be dominating again soon. You're hands maybe.

My hands down was Ray and Webb this season.

If you listen to Williams on behind the bench talking to Teryl Austin it seemed like Williams didn't even know how to play the first Bryant touchdown. Austin told him to squeeze him outside because he had help over the middle and Williams started rambling on why he did it. Austin had to tell him again what the call and assignment was.
Yea that was good and it highlights one of our biggest issues imo. The Players are comfortable with the scheme and are ajusting to their responsibilties, just not allowing them to play as aggressive or fast as usual.
Cary was wrong for how he played it, but was spot on with his reasoning. I can't remember which show showed which angle, but in watching 1 Winning Drive, NFL Replay, and The Turning Point, Cary was right. There was no inside help as both Safeties was sucked up to defend the run. Wass he supposed to have help, Austin said yes so I have to believe it, but Cary took away the Post because he didn't believe help was there...and it wasn't.
I blame the lack of communication from both sides, coaches and players as the result of that TD.

"Flacco Ohio Man Alert Joe Stretch" Alot of the playcalls have Flaccos name in it, it's kind of funny and could indicate how much influence Joe has on the offense this season.
It highlights, that Joe communicates alot with his players and listens to them. On a long play Rice pointed out that he "could be open a few times" and Joe adjusted towards that. Flacco also seems to point out things that go wrong and how to correct them. Another video, that shows that people don't give Joe enough credit for his leadership. Love it.
"Are you kidding me?" - After Ayanbadejo failed to catch the onside kick. That's odd, that's exactly what I said.

Suggs has not played a game this season to date. So he has not been our best defensive player on the field. I also feel Webb has had more game saving plays this season than Ngata and has been more influential for our D.I don't have a clue what you're talking about but Haloti is the most dominant defensive lineman in the league and Suggs is the reigning DPOY. Our best players on defense are on the mend and will be dominating again soon.
Just agree to disagree...Geesh!
