I have been on these boards and have seen comments basically vilifying all our coordinators at different times during this young season. Somehow, Harbs has been beyond reproach amazingly! Here is a small fun poll for all the haters out there. If you had the power ( thankfully we don't) to fire a coordinator immediately who would it be? The catch here is if you fire one, the other two stay for a couple of years... food for thought eh? Don't hesitate to comment as well because this is important to get our thoughts organized for the next 10 games....

Remember folks we are leading the AFC in being 5-1 at this point though.

Edit:
Due to a demand that there should have been a choice for us to fire all and start afresh with all the coaches, I decided to do just that! However, I am totally against such drastic measures despite having lost a game by 30 points. A drubbing in other words. We are still 5-2 with a bye week to sort some issues out...

For this reason, none of them.

You can't blame Pees for the horrid tackling and pansie D play. Cam has been put in check with the arrival of Caldwell AND he didn't call an end around yesterday! ST are much improved from last year.

I'm the biggest apologist on this board for Cam Cameron, and I pick him. There are better OC's out there! I just don't know who's out there.

It's not even close. It's Dean Pees. When Pagano was here, he had his players playing to their full potential. You could see how excited they were to play for him. Suggs told the media "he sucks" because he didn't want anyone to take him. I doubt they feel the same way about Pees. Pees isn't the player's coach that Pagano was and it shows. People who defend him will just blame the players for underperforming, but they've been underperforming for a reason. It's not a coincidence that everyone suddenly looks sloppy and overpowered.

Considering how the offense and special teams have performed for the most part this reason, putting Cam and Jerry in this poll is ridiculous.

As for Pees, the beat goes on. When players are consistently blowing the fundamentals as often as we've seen, I can't blame the coordinator too much. His schemes have their holes but the personnel has consistently let him down as well.

everybody will blame pees right now but nobody can make this defense look good unless our front 7 gets half as good as last year. we have one of the worst front 7's in the league. May not be dead last because we have Ngata and Suggs but close to it.

Cam on the other hand has twice the amount of talent to work around than Pees does and still can't get anything done. Heck Dean Pees could probably do a better job as the offensive coordinator. Nobody in the league is dumber than Cam and he knows it.

I dont think we have the best coordinators, but they are doing their job well all things considered. No one needs to be replaced as of right now...that much is certain.

How can you have thus blind hatred for Cam? It looks pretty silly considering we have one of the best offenses in the league.

This is easy. Get rid of Cam and keep the other two. Let Flacco take over as OC.

Many have called Pees the "Greg Mattison 2.0" but as far as I can tell, Pees isn't out there trying to tackle them.

you know what i find funny. we have had a different d-coord for the last 4 years. i dont know who to blame for our horrid defensive play. what i do know is the other d-coords kept us in the top 10 for defense and a feared unit. this guy dean pees is making us look like a joke. 200 rush yards on the ground back to back weeks, are kiddin me. that has never happened in the history of this franchise. the last 16 years we have avgered 3.9 yards on the ground overall. thats pretty damn good. i dont care if we are missing good players. mr. ray lewis was out 4 games last year and we went 4-0 and we put it to the niners on thanksgiving and we were still considered a feared unit. now we have the texans on sunday, mr. foster is going to burn us bad if we dont get this run defense fixed. if we had a better run defense not giving up the explosive run plays and giving up 90 yards on the ground like we did last year we would actually be a top 10 defense right now, maybe top 5.

Converting on 3rd and 27 isn't on Pees. When the only person they threw to besides the TD was Whitten.

Pees is too old to go on the field and tackle Foster. We'll have to hope our D wakes up and tackles like Ravens.

It's not Pees. We were missing key personnel. As bad as he is, he's not worse than Cam.
However, if Cam can somehow step it up it can easily be Pees... That's if though.

So what are you saying? People just suddenly forgot how to tackle in the NFL just because Pagano left?

So who is supposed to study the opposing offense and make the in game adjustments? I thought Pees was supposed be fluid enough to realize what is going on and call a play that actually stops Whitten on 3rd and 27.

We got burned on 3 and 27, as well as 4 and 10 x2 yesterday. How is this not on Pees? One play is the player, continuously allowing offenses to burn us is on Pees.

"“All of a sudden, and I had not officially met Ray yet, I feel this presence over my shoulder and this voice: ‘Ray Rice, this is Ray Lewis. I love the way you play. But, you should pull your pants up.’”

Asked what it’s like to see a deep ball from Flacco, Jones likened it to Starburst candy.
“It’s juicy, it’s good,” Jones said. “It’s like candy. Everybody loves candy. Who don’t like candy?”
