I'm not so sure, Williams was only there because Troy dropped it and then went down to pick it up, if it had been a clean pass Troy would've had at least 10+ yards.

Well, Rhys Lloyd is mainly used for kickoff duty for the Panthers anyway. So it's not as if he's tearing up the league like Adam Vinatieri was.

Definitely not. The guy is going to be used on kickoffs and long field goals, Stover is still in for everything inside 45, make no mistake about it.
