On to the Cowboys

Ravens coming off a bad performance vs the Chiefs. Cowboys coming off a bye after horrible performance vs the Bears.

Lets hope Romo can throw 5 INTs again.

The Cowboys coming off a bye concerns me, but this is Tony Romo we're talking about. I like our chances at home.

Usually any team coming off the bye is tough. But I am not worried about that aspect with the Cowboys traveling on the road.

I am soooo glad this game is at home. If it were in Dallas, it could be embarrassing.

ravens looked sloopy if they play like this again ware and the boys will win
But usually when the Ravens look sloppy, its on the road.

I expect Pitta to have a monster game. Their corners should do a fairly good job on Torrey & Boldin.

I don't think it would be embarrassing, but I'm glad it's at home too. Romo just threw 5 picks, 2 for touchdowns vs the Bears at home on Monday night. Them coming off a bye also doesn't concern me, I'm just not a believer in Romo I guess.

Murray Dez and Miles really scare me though.

As inconsistent as their offense is, they do have a great collection of talent at the skill positions. I'm expecting a huge game from Haloti (especially considering their interior o-line issues) and Webb always brings his A-game but the rest of the day has to come prepared. We'll see if Kruger can build on his impressive game today.

I really don't know what to expect from the O.

I don't know how we did it against the Chiefs but a win is a win. Now luckily we are playing Dallas home and we play fantastic at The Bank.

Let's take heart though...the Ravens LOSE that game last year. That's two games in a row I think they would've lost last year.

This scares me too. They play a lot of man coverage. Not that we can't beat it, but with the physical corners they got it will be hard.

Very true. I think the Ravens D comes out angry, too, you could tell that they did not appreciate being torched

At the end of the year, a wins a win. We won't give a crap about this game. We looked ugly, but sometimes things happen. We're 4-1. We're doing great so far this year. Our defense looks horrible but our offense looks great. (Excluding the game today, a lot of drops). I'm ready to move on from KC already. It wasn't an easy win, but it was a win. And KC played hard today. All will be good soon. We're to talented to play like that again.

That would be the embarrassing part. Romo and the Cowboys could turn over the ball 5 times at home and still beat us (see Philly/KC).

A win against the cowboys is big too since I don't have too much confidence against the Texans on the road the following week and 5-2 would look a lot better than 4-3...

we should beat the cowboys but i don't feel good about the browns game in cleveland now. they put the giants to sleep early and add the fact we sucked against them at home and i don't like our chances.

That's game's three weeks away. A team with Cleveland's flaws isn't going to maintain quality play all the way till then.

I'm glad we are struggling at the beginning of the season but still come up with 4-1 record; we'll look sharp at the end of the season though....

Our offense need to step up against the Cowboys cuz we know our defense can't hold up Murray, Austin, and Dez......

I'm not worried. Sure, Austin, Dez Bryant, and Witten, but let me say something.
Romo's O-Line is worse than ours was today (Oher was mediocre, Osemele had a rookie game, no need to get upset, but move him to guard damnit). We actually provided decent pass rush when they actually passed. We will not let Murray do that to us at home, Pees ajusted at half time.

The only player that could kill us is Bryant, who is a stud, god forbid we put Cary on him, we need to put Webb on him, sure that one completion to Baldwin (Megatron clone, with attiude). We should put Jimmy on Miles Austin, Jimmy has been playing well. That leaves Cary on Ogeltree, who is inconsistent. Witten aint gonna do crap (trying to keep it clean).

Their D does worry me, Ware is a very good pass rusher, but we can run all over them, and if Cutler can have a field day, then so can we.

Cowboys are a very talented team, but they also lack discipline and make costly mistakes liek clockwork. I think this game will be close, but the Ravens should come out on top at home. The biggest issues will be protecting Flacco and limiting big plays.

10 days off is still not a bye. The Ravens are 4-0 in the last four years coming off the bye.

We just need to find a way to turn things around in some poor performance areas, but like others have said, "at least we have been getting the wins" so at least we don't have to dig out of a hole. The game that actually scares me is the Texans two weeks from now.
