True. Charles has ridiculous acceleration but he also ran through some gaping holes and cutback lanes. Agreed on KC's D. Flowers and Routt are capable CBs and Hali and Houston are turning into one of the best pass rushing duos in the league.

Also, did you notice the play calling at all? Guess not. Analyze that. Furthermore, the D had 4 takeaways today, which is more than I would expect against a team like the Chiefs.

We have played this way for years on the road. How is this surprising?

When does any team in the NFL anymore play great each and every week...

We are one play away from being 5-0 and we have already played some tough teams

Our run D has been suspect most of the year.. Nothin new and j.charles is easily one of the best backs in the league

i'm glad we won to advance to 4-1 but let me mention a few things...

1st...i just got home but recorded the game and will watch it to formulate my own opinion of it.

2nd...i did see that the Ravens won but the score was only 9-6. really? 9-6? smh!

3rd...AFTER today....all of you cats in here that keep saying that the Ravens got a "easy win" vs this team or a "blow out" against that team or they're gonna "roll" this team needs to seriously silence all of that foolishness!

Yep I am blaming Coach Cam for horrible play calling. Just because the D was doing their job doesn't mean the offense would, due to horrible decisions by Cam, does it? And as Codizzle said, this is the way the Ravens have been playing for a long long time, and it has certainly been working for us thus far, wouldn't you say? How are we overrated if we come out with a win almost every game? Who gives a rats [profanity deleted] about the yards or numbers? That just adds to our reputation of being underdogs to the Steelers (which I like).

Dizzle Ive been on these boards a while, and i hardly ever say anything negative, but come on man! I dont expect them to beat down every team we play, but im not just basing it on this game, they played pretty bad against browns too. They had 10 days to prep and this performance didnt show it. You could not be happy with this performance.

Come January the only thing that will matter is the W-L column and who is healthy.. We accomplished both today.

We'll get better week by week and we'll still have off weeks.. Always have and always will

that's just the problem with a few elements of our fan base....some in here are "happy" with the Ravens performing poorly...just as long as they get the "W." smh! but imo, these "ugly" performances will eventually catch up with us!

And I agree with all the above, we didn't show up for the Browns game, nor this one. But did we smash the Bengals? Yes. Were we a bogus call away from beating the Eagles? Yes. Did play very well against the Patriots, who we used to be 0-8 against in the regular season? Heck yes! Ultimately you and I are in the same boat, and I don't mean to get personal in any way, but really, this team is nowhere near overrated. We have always got our wins off tight games, but the wins are still there all in all.

Yup I am. It was a 1 point game and we match up well against them. Both defenses have trouble stopping the pass no? Difference? NE's offense you can hold accountable every single Sunday.

I doubt that any of us are "happy" about the way we played, but we are "happy" that we pulled out a win. As to ugly performances catching up with us, we once went 5 games without a touchdown and still went to and won a Super Bowl. The fact is, in the NFL a win is a win. Stats don't mean squat. I have complete faith that our coaching staff will spend some quality time with the game film and will coach up our team this week.
