You're right, I checked my guide.

The Ray Lewis one before was amazing.

I wish Flacco would run more! He really is a good athlete. He needs to take off more when he is under pressure. I remember in his first game he had a 38 yard rushing TD!

This segment is convincing me that keeping Cam Cameron for this long was a good idea. Cameron does have a good system and we have seen it at times. Our offense's evolution has been a combination of Joe's increasing maturity and talent and Cameron getting the right players for his offense.

Yea they actually aired this a couple days ago. You hear guys like Torrey say how funny Joe is and this let's you see it. It also showed the leader Joe is. He doesn't hold his tongue, especially when he feels his team was done wrong.

Yes it was, because i watched Suggs' and Flacco's back to back when i got in that night. Flacco's came on at 4:30, then Ravens GamePlan at 5.

My Top Flacco quotes (English isn't my first language; not even my second, so I might have actually misheard a couple of things):

1. (to the team) "Let's go, be physical, it's our time!"
2. (after the victory against the 49ers last year) "Thanksgiving is going to be sweeeet!"
3. (to Torrey) "...cause you've got a mustached gunslinger QB."
4. "More power to the mustache!"
5. ( to Q after admitting to hoarding pink ribbon balls) "I gave myself a game ball. Do you know how people get game balls? I give myself one every week."
6. (after late hit by the Saints) (to Harbs) "What's his name?" (Harbs) "Walt." (To Walt/I assume afterwards he was cussing up a storm) "Hey Walt! HEY WALT!" (Later to players on the bench) "He hit me late ...and nothing"
7. (to a diffrent ref I believe) "You guys should start watching the #@$*ing game!!!"
8. (In the huddle) "Who farted? Ed?" (Pitta) "Yeah, he did it on the bench, too"
9. (to the team) "We keep doing, what we know we can do. Keep possesions, keep plugging away."
10. (after scoring on a drive) "That's what happens, when you stay with it."

I had the impression, that while he is a fairly calm guy, he is still a great leader. He gives credit for great drives to everyone, he keeps everyone calm and tries to instill confidence in others. I can see, that he is the big brother in his family, because that is how he treats his players. Seeing how he struggled against and eventually overcame the Steelers, which was a big part of that episode of SoundFX as well, I don't want to hear anybody questioning Joe's leadership ability.

Watching this also made me wonder why we see so many complaints about Joe not looking at pictures or talking to other players during games. He obviously does both regularly.

And for someone who asked, I see it listed one last time at 12:30 AM tonight/tomorrow morning.
Where have you heard stuff like this?
The only way I can see people saying that is since most of the time when they show Joe Flacco it's him talking on the phone or just standing around.... but if you pay attention he shows fiery spirit.
Actually you will find it in the multiple Flacco bashing threads here and other message boards. If you go to a game you will see what Flacco does and he is quite animated.
I've criticized Flacco for many things (MANY things), but I've never bought into this complaint. We never see that many sideline shots during the game anyway so see what everyone is doing.
