Well, obviously all of Clevelands problems were Andersons fault. Tonight proves it, right?
True he did, but so did Anderson besides the pick at the end of the game so now that Quinn couldn't get them the win (;) no pun intended) what are they going to do?

Oh I know go get Charlie Frye back, I'm sure he'd love to take another crack at his old starting job here

It's not really Andersons fault he looked bad against us, we have an awesome Defense ! They did draft Brady to be their future star Qb so It's good to get him some experience now since they won't make the playoffs anyways.

When Marshall ran that 90 some yard touchdown, did anyone else see that big "bone" get thrown onto the field from the "dog pound"? It was hilarious!

You know, last season was very frustrating for Ravens fans. But to lose the last two games like the Browns have is just mind boggling.

Disgusting loss and really there is no other way to put it. The bottom line is our so-called playmakers (Winslow & Edwards) are very good at their positions but when it's clutch time and we need them the most they fail to produce.

Kudos to Quinn for an overall good game. I'm not going to mark him as the best thing ever as he played a subpar Broncos defense but overall he looked like he got it and played smart.

Secondary kudos: Cribbs, Dawson and Rogers; three guys that come to play every single Sunday.

It's such a shame that Anderson lost his job, even though the same issues were there yesterday. Edwards and Winslow both dropping catches. Defense dying at the end of the game to help to the lose.

I'm jealous of Joshua Cribbs. There, I said it. ;)

Wasn't it Royal who did that?

It was Royal, and it was a 93 yard TD catch. I certainly remember that, he's on my fantasy football team.

Dude, where is the blame for the defense? You blame Winslow but if it wasnt for him you probably wouldnt have been in the game at all. He scored twice and it was his catch and run that set up the Lewis TD. For the second straight week they have blown a lead, that should have put the game on ice and its to teams they should be able to stop. A rookie QB and RB, drive the field 3 times to score. Then they come out and let a team that has half its players on the sideline and is down to their FB go up and down the field on them. That defense deserves alot if not most of the blame. The offense played well enough to win.

The defense played horrible as well I don't disagree there. Eventually they'll figure out that we do not have the personnel to run a 3-4 scheme effectively with the exception of Rogers. Watching them go to that stupid prevent defense on the last drive just made me think back to when we had Pittsburgh beat a few years ago in the playoffs and we let them win by doing the exact same thing. Prevent defense prevents nothing in my opinion.

With that said however as good as Winslow played in the first half and as much as he whines and moans about being the "playmaker" and wanting the ball he failed. He got an absolutely and completely stupid offensive pass interference penalty on a play where the ball was nowhere near him, he fumbles the ball at a crucial point where we need to keep possession and he refuses to go down with two guys on him and even though I think it was a STUPID series of play calls and a bullet pass on Quinn's part.. it is a ball that Winslow is supposed to catch on the last play. All three of these miscues on his part killed drives and the way we were going down the field there is no doubt in my mind we'd of put up at least a FG on those possessions; with the exception of the last drive of course pending the game circumstances.

The defense sucks completely but our offensive "stars" are really jerking themselves and the team by not being focused and KILLING drives with drops or penalties. Our playmakers just don't seem to realize for some reason right now that football is a 60 minute game and it is beyond me really what the problem is. There's plenty of blame to go around really and I can't help but think Derek Anderson was laughing his head off last night on his way home. He was made to be the scapegoat of it all and in the end people will realize it was NOT entirely him and ultimately I think this now falls on Romeo's head.

There are two things that have killed the Browns in the last 2 games. Dropped "key" passes by two guys who are supposed to be "play makers" and the coaching has been atrocious!

On the 93 yard "Royal" TD, it was evident that the coverage on defense was "blown". The corner is standing on the field waving his hand for help and Cutler read it all the way. Right there, you use a timeout. Instead it turns into 7 points. That falls solely on the coaching staff IMO. And the 1 yard passing calls, c'mon! Are you serious?

Now granted if Winslow catches the ball, it's a great call. He should have caught it. But why risk it when you have been running effectively?

The Browns are a mess and Romeo Crennel has failed as a head coach IMO.

The one bright spot, Brady Quinn. The Browns have a decent QB on their hands. He made good "reads", stood the pocket under pressure and also moved the pocket effectively on play action. He made some tight passes and one of them was for a TD between two defenders while pressure was right in his face. And the biggest thing, NO TURNOVERS! He played very well and its a shame he didn't get his first win. Can't say that I'm too upset about it though! lol!

LOL, Or they could try and get ol' Len Dawson out of retirement. He is only 70....

He made his mistakes no doubt but you can not pin this lost on him. His play helped the Browns more then it hurt them. Take away his mistakes and you probably still lose because the defense blows. Take away the big plays he had and you definitly lose.

I'm not pinning the loss on him entirely at all but there is absolutely no doubt his miscues played a good-sized role in our inability to move the ball in the 2nd half. Our defense completely fell apart but it isn't like Denver's defense was doing anything in the game either.

Honestly, if you take away Winslow's mistakes I firmly believe we go down the field on both drives and put points on the board and completely disagree that we'd still lose.
