By definition, that wouldn't be ironic at all.

by definition my use of the word irony in response to yours was sarcasm.

Haha poor Cundiff. Poor Pirate. Redskins have had some crazy number of kickers the last 15 years. Way more than the next closest. (cant remember the damn number :/ ).

I feel bad for the guy (I'm just the sympathetic type). He never really recovered from that playoff miss. Mentally it did something to him. I hope he moves on with his life and lets football go.

I guess the trend is over.

Stover joined the Colts and beat Baltimore, Hauschka joined the Seahawks and beat the Ravens, and the 'Skins are the on the schedule, but I guess we won't have to worry about that.

Shame they didn't wait until after we played them. Would have made me more comfortable if it was a close game.

Billy is a rich guy, and can retire and live comfortably at age 32. I feel no remorse for the Ravens letting him go. If you can't do the job, you can't expect to keep it.

I don't think he recovered from the calf injury he had last year.

Hope he is able to turn it around, cannot help but feel bad when typing "Billy Cundiff" into Google the first suggestion from the autocomplete is "Billy Cundiff Jokes"

I would feel bad for the guy except for his arrogant comments just before we cut him. Even with that, I still feel kind of sorry for him. However, he is the one kicking the ball. He is the one missing the easy FGs. No one to blame but himself in the end.
