We gave up +401.3 yards in avg per game. Never once has our defense gave up that much yards in Ravens history.
This is getting ridiculous.
First thing in the list: Blow out and shut down the Browns.
Next is Cowgirls where we really show our colors. Lets get our defense back on track

Our defensive line is the problem. Can't pass rush and stop the run when Ngatas being doubled, tripled teamed.Pees is the problem. Mattison 2.0
Cary has also done horrible.

Yup, Mattison had some poorly ranked defenses, didnt he? Oh wait.... (and with less of a personnel)

Pees is not the problem. The problem is we are missing our best player and have played 3 pretty good offenses.Pees is the problem. Mattison 2.0

Yea but Cary is always giving the underneath throw, he's like terrified of getting beat deep, and Brady abused him alot more than he did Jimmy.I don't think you can blame a ton on Cary because if the QB is given loads of time to throw, he's going to make a good throw. The D starts with the pash rush and ends with the DBs.

Our DL stinks so.......lets rush 3 guys? Luckily he made adjustments vs the Pats or we would have lost.
GO RAVENS!

Yeah this is pretty accurate. The thing with Cary is he almost always has good position, but he gets picked on with back shoulder throws a lot because he doesnt turn and locate the ball. He always plays the receiver and never turns to find the ball. The Pats also got away with a couple of push-offs on him. One was blatant and didnt get a call. Most of the big plays against our D came on blown coverage or lack of pass-rush allowing WRs to find soft spots in zones.

I think that was part of the plan. Play vanilla at first and ratchet up the pressure in the 4th quarter when needed. Our DL stinks so.......lets rush 3 guys? Luckily he made adjustments vs the Pats or we would have lost.

I really believed McPhee would break out this year, but as of now he's nothing but situational pass rusher. I really miss Redding, but in a year or two he'll probably be done. Maybe even this year. Our DL stinks so.......lets rush 3 guys? Luckily he made adjustments vs the Pats or we would have lost.

It's actually pretty disappointing because i was so high on him last year. I am just surprised at his play these first 3 games..hopefully he turns it around. But i'm going to go and give him a pass for the pats game because as you noted he doesn't play the ball so Brady was able to fit it into some tight spots.Yeah this is pretty accurate. This took the words out of my mouth.
No one is happy but we got some quality wins. Time to take it on the road. That will be our test.
We have a very difficult schedule and I always think the Ravens have a chance to win every game but it just isn't gonna happen. Make the playoffs is all that matters

So...why are we going by yards instead of points, again?
Ive always said this as well, but I guess its cause a pick 6 or kick return would play a role in determining the rankings when they shouldnt. I do agree, however!

Losers always say "Next time's gonna be different!". That's right, next time you're gonna lose again.
