Yep. When I saw how much pain he was in, I had an idea it was gonna be a big injury.

Does this make Webb the Leagues best CB now?
(I thought he was before Revis was out, BTW. ;) )

But my god are the jets going to be soooo bad now.. Well they were already

This is an epic lost for the Jets. Their defense is styled around Revis's ability to shut down the opponents #1. Now opponents will be able to get their more dynamic players involved in the game.

Jets are going to find out a lot about Sanchez this year, because he will be needed to step up more.

Huge lost. I hope he can come back next year and be alright. It might be good for the Jets in the long run actually...Now they don't have to worry about him holding out at the end of the year again.

Fat squirmy ones even.

In their win, Sanchez had a QB rating of 58. I think the season just got very long for the Jets.

Sad to see any talented player get hurt like that. Full recovery is never guaranteed.

Yupp, Jordan Shipley is proof of this

When your QB throwing ball to Tebow, you know how much worse can it get as offensively?

lmao

Right now I'd forgive Rex and take him back as d co ord as long as he had a media ban
When he is DC, he isn't allowed to talk cuz the media will ask whoever at the helm which is Harbs. I don't mind him to come back as DC at all only if he swears to stay away from media....

BTW if Rex loves shutdown corner so much, we have Webb shutdown CB like a champ; Brady was scared to throw anything to whoever Webb covered..... it calls respect....

No way Rex will be our DC. No way.

Abandon the thought.
Awh we all know it wouldn't happen. but purely from a defensive outlook. I'd love him back, and if anyone said otherwise they are a liar. When he only has to worry about the d, he's the best in the league bar maybe lebeau.

Tebow at CB?
Why not? Edleman does it for NE, along with WR, lol hes got more jobs than a Jamaican! He also serves as the 3QB, Emergency Punter and 6th string DT :D

nah, Brady wasn't intended to throw the ball to Welker which was covered by Webb; he threw the ball to Gronkowski but Webb always tracks where the ball goes so that's y he adjusted and made the interception. I think either Welker or Gronkowski ran the wrong route cuz they shouldn't be together in 1 place.

I wouldn't. I'll take Pagano over Ryan any day. Ryan burned his bridges. I'm mad Zibby and Redding went with Pags, but I think he's been classy so far.

Saw this today. Watch him closely like Asomugha and you'll see he holds the receiver more often than not. Both got away with it against Torrey. Can't cover speed.

Anything is better than Pees. Rex is still a good defensive mind, if you can get him to shut up.
