I just hate seeing talent not being utilized.
Thoughts?

Absolutely agree. I wasn't implying that Rainey was in the dog house, just that sometimes our best player for a position has been.

I wanna really see what Rainey and Hamilton can do in a real game !
Agreed. I think Kindle is done here. Either Hamilton is up here by game 5 or Kindle is seatwarming for Suggs.

I've really tried to be optimistic about Kindle but he looked really bad last game. I hate to say it but I agree, he's probably done here.Agreed. I think Kindle is done here. Either Hamilton is up here by game 5 or Kindle is seatwarming for Suggs.

Also, and this thought just occured, but it's a long season. I expect to be running more by the end of the year when the weather gets bad. You never know with injuries either, so he could be a fresh legs solution later in the year as well.

Right now, Baltimore has 9 offensive linemen, 6 corner backs, and 5 safeties. Depth is needed at those positions, mostly due to injuries and age for some players. Heck, the team is lacking depth at linebacker, at the moment, with only a mere 8 roster spots devoted to both the inside and outside linebacker position (and that's for a team that starts four LBs). If anything, maybe the Ravens are carrying an extra wide receiver that isn't really needed, figuring how Baltimore only uses Anquan Boldin, Torrey Smith and Jones at WR, while using Thompson as a returner. If I had any say, Rainey is more "valuable", right now, than Tandon Doss.
Realistically, though, Rainey will only get a roster spot, this year, if Jacoby Jones continues his success as a WR and the Ravens don't want him to get injured as a punt returner. Bobby Rainey, obviously, would then become the primary punt returner. But, even then, someone (else) needs to be let go once Terrell Suggs comes back...

Just an observation...Rainey might get activated if Pierce doesn't learn to run North and South, lol.
Good point, but those were poorly timed plays to the outside that the defense saw coming because that's where Cam keeps sending him.
I want to see Leach with more short yardage run plays especially in 3rd or 4th and 1. I'm guilty of wanting to see him hit and run over people.
