Only reason I can see we keep this guy is because Harbaugh feels some sense of obligation to him. Considine has done nothing. That punt fake was nothing more than Harbaugh and Considine trying to put one over on the Eagles as their past employers. As soon as they picked up Ihedigbo to do the job that Considine was expected to back up they should have gotten rid of Considine. Surely if Harbaugh puts his personal feelings aside he will realize they can find someone better. Harbaugh's sense of loyalty will ultimately cost him...this is a business.

I had no problem with the fake punt call. Considine tripped like the clown he is.

This guy seemed like a waste of roster spot to me.

The call would've worked if Considine could walk and chew gum at the same time. This guy has done nothing I've seen at least to earn a spot. I'd rather us take our chance with Omar Brown and show Sean the door.

HELL NO. All kidding aside maybe he is doing his job on st which is why I said may e I just haven't seen his impact but.... I just haven't seen his impact. I feel there were other players though who are helping out more on st which might also be contributing.

Considine may have failed on the fake punt but he did notch a nice solo tackle. And like hawk said, the coverage and blocking units have looked good.

What is surprising is that it doesn't generally work. You'd think that with Harbs' history and his emphasis on ST, Baltimore would field a great special teams unit... but then again some people though Billick would have a good offense too,

One more year and Billick might have been able to put it together. He never had any talent outside of Jamal Lewis during his tenure. Then again, his success in Minnesota was a fluke. Randy Moss was a once in a lifetime freak of nature talent at that point and Billick reaped the benefits.

Anyways to get back on topic, like everyone else I am baffled as to why Considine is here and Gorrer is not. If Williams continues to play the way he did on Sunday the decision might look even worse.
