Goes with out saying the Pats ARE a very good team. Princess Brady is one of the best. She is a sure HOF. This game will not be a cake walk.
All that said With this being a home game and Philly exposing some of our weak points, we can spend the week straightening things out and give the Pats a run for their money.

I say RAVENS by 17

You should not insult the women out there by associating Brady with them! I guarantee that if Brady gave birth, his/her doctor would have several flags thrown on him, ranging from unnecessary roughness to illegal use of hands :D

It's hard to remember anything from our first few years.
How's this for a gameplan?
Put Cary on Gronkowski. I can't believe I'm trusting him with this much, but size should help Cary keep him relatively under control.
I believe Webb should be able to handle Brandon Lloyd 1-on 1. Welker is now an afterthought so Pollard should be able to handle him. Branch is not that big of a factor, and when he comes in somebody else will sub out, so he should be covered.
I hope Peas brings the pressure with Paul Kruger (assuming he plays).
As for the offense, a mix of passing no-huddle and Rice would be nice. You know, a pass on 1st & 10 usually and give it to Rice or Leach in short yardage. Even Cam should be able to make that work.

Well....pats fan here...Just wanted to say, I respect your team, and its players...you guys have some amazing players on your team and have had quite a bit of success....Its too bad, most of you do not feel that way about the Patriots. So let me get a couple of things straight...Brady...is a girl? A Qb who has played through broken ribs, a broken foot, a sports hernia, and a seperated shoulder, not to mention coming back from a torn acl...is a girl? Ok....so Brady is a girl, and you guys are not worried about the patriots.... [NO SMACK] You guys have a tough team, every game the pats play you is tough. Brady has said but glowing things about your team....and guys like Reed and Lewis have said glowing things about Brady.....its too bad, you as fans seem to take a different road. Good luck guys, hope the refs can do a good job and we have a good clean game with no injuries.

You've never referred to Joe as the "uni-brow" or laughed when someone else did? I laughed when I first heard it, and I am one the rare Ravens fans that is a Flacco supporter. I am sure all sorts of amusing things are said about any number of our players. Such as the term "Lady Brady". That stems from Brady (sometimes) griping about not getting a flag thrown when he perceives a penalty. All the QBs do it at one time or another, but Brady has been a bit more demonstrative on occasion.

Although I am fairly certain that we Ravens fans know that Tom is no Lady. He sleeps with a super model for crying out loud. And I have seen many here, when listing the greatest QBs still playing today, having Tom somewhere near the very top of that list. Its arguable as to who is THE best but Brady is top three-ish. Anyone, no matter what team colors he wears would agree with that.

As to not being concerned about the Pats, we are on our own forum, we got to talk smack. But all acknowledge that the Pats are one of our tougher games. We just feel good because it is at our house this time. We typically do well at our own house.

And Suggs is far more valuable to us then Hernandez is to you. You still have Grondkowski, we do not have a second DPOY.

There is a big difference between being a wimp, and a crybaby. He is tough, as most players are, but he is a big crybaby. Looking for calls, pumping his fist when the flag is thrown after getting said call. He's a crybaby, everyone knows it.

When your QB has a touchy feely rule named after him * brady rule* *roughing the brady*, then yes, that makes your Qb a cupcake.

Correct me if I am wrong but the pats have not beat us by more than three in the past four or five meetings?

I have to second that, seem like every time Brady gets knocked down he looks to the refs.

I am sure this has already been posted, but its a staple around here come Pats week.

Sorta bitter sweet, though, with the absence of Suggs!

Yep, Brady always cries when he gets hit and always looks for a flag right after contact. Plus you get flagged if you get with in 5 yards of him. Just watch-

Not only does Brady lay on the field for 20 minutes, He immediately starts waving his arms begging the refs for a flag-

After 9 flags were thrown on that play and 75 penalty yards were assesed, Dumervil was immediately banned from the league and had to continue his career in the CFL.

Brady has even hired actors to film montages of him getting hit with a stunt double in order to help his case-

For some reason, CBS aired that during a game against the Lions, who have to have one of the worst defensive lines in football. Never in a million years would they have any hope of ever touching Brady.

But that wasn't the first time. Albert haynesworth plows into Brady for a sack and the first thing Brady does is start flailing his arms for a flag-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KD6mJsvy0MA
Haynesworth was actually sentenced to 5 years in prison for this hit.

And another case-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWoI60lkVdg
Ellis barely touches Brady and immediately 3 flags are thrown. Brady actually gets on his hands and knees and pleads with the refs for a flag after this one.

And it stems from him always being able to get away with calls, even back during his first season as a starter.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_EngM7HmUA&feature=related
Here in 2001, Brady gets hit in the Bills game and after laying on the field for 40 minutes before he could be airlifted to the nearest hospital, he musters up enough sissy strength to mouth the words 'unecessary roughness' to a teammate.

Not even after crying his way to a Superbowl is Lady Brady beyond begging for a flag. Here he gets destroyed by the Giant's Alford-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AzCLZPMBeDM
And of course, his first instinct, is to motion to the sidelines for a flag. Or maybe he was motioning for a timeout. But given his track record as a [profanity deleted], I'm betting it was for a flag.

But if I had to pick one play that sets Brady's legacy as a sissy in stone, it would have to be this play here that happened just last year-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4VGDYm-sf0&feature=related
The fragile candyass figures "Hey its the Ravens defensive line. They've never been any good and they hit like 70 year old chemo patients. Especially that geriatric Ray Lewis. Hes never been known for a good hit."
Some how the baby scores. And even that Ray Lewis guy manages a hit thats hard enough to tear open Brady's pack of kotexes (super absorbant since hes such a puss) which caused a delay of game since the grounds crew had to spend 4 minutes picking them all up.

I don't understand why defensive coordinators don't always game plan to get to Lady Brady. If enough did, maybe, just maybe, it would happen so much that the NFL would have to stop always giving him calls. Then maybe one day, it would happen enough for you to easily go to youtube and spend 5 minutes hunting for videos to dispell silly notions like Brady being atleast averagely tough instead of the crybaby titwhistle [profanity deleted] everyone in the league knows he is.
