Why does Pitta seem to go out of bounds after catches when he should be trying to plow a db over. Its a game of inches people, we need all we can get.

Well at least he's improving from the catch-and-fall mode he's been recently doing.

But I do love how Pitta's been performing with getting open and catching the ball. Leaves me to wonder......Dickson, who?
I have to agree that Pitta should start because he is great at catching the ball. He fails though in yards after the catch. He runs out of bounds against DB's? That is just pitiful.

I don't usually say this: the refs really screwed us today. No intentional grounding/fumble towards the end? Offensive pass-interference on J. Jones when HE was clearly getting held, and a multitude of blown calls by the refs seriously went in favor of the Eagles (who I know hate as bad as the Steelers with their dirty playing).

With that being said, our offense reverted back to it's old methods, which don't really work, in favor of an offense that dominated last week. We certainly weren't running the same no-huddle offense as we did last week. Joe looked inconsistent, the offensive line was sub-par, an
d Jimmy and Cary, over-all, just stink!! There's a lot to be disappointed in today, period.

Do you even know what intentional grounding is?

ESPN headline:

"It's Not A Flying Start

Six interceptions. Five fumbles. A 6-foot-6 rookie waiting in the wings. Michael Vick hears the noise in Philly."

Love it!!! And hes supposedly this sound and excellent QB that so many clamor about!!

What is even funnier is that people keep klamoring for Tyrod because he's "Vick, Jr.".
Yeah, funny stuff for sure!
