The refs are seriously killing my enjoyment of the game. Should've been a punt if not for that phantom PI.

Two catches, 26 yards in the season finale last season. Julio burned us worse in the preseason than AJ did last week or in the finale last year. Plus Julios ypg average and TD total beat AJs year ago.

I don't normally have anything good to say about the regular refs but it's true what they say "you don't now what you have until it's gone."


I appreciate that the commentators have to try to keep things interesting, but really Chucky... the Broncos are not limiting the Falcons at all.

I understand what you mean about Cincy, but they have been showing some signs lately that they might really be an NFL team.

However, the AFCN is a two horse race, so you might be right...

Julio is also on an offense with a much better QB, a number 1 talent WR on his opposite side drawing coverage, and one of the greatest TEs of all time also catching balls. Throw in Turner and a decent offensive line, it really shouldn't be any surprise that he had those stats. What is in Cinci besides Green? That's right, nothing. Don't say Dalton, he is one of those one play QBs who just throw it to their stud.

Cinci has been accumulating some talent recently, but their owner is still a tool, they have a bad culture, and they still have some of the worst facilities in the league.

On one hand, sure, Julio is in a better situation as far as guys around him, but the same reasoning that you used can be used to support why AJ [i]should[/i] put up better numbers. If he's the number 1, he should be putting up better numbers than Julio because he should be seeing more targets. Julio is a 1a or 1b in my opinion, not a number 2. I think he might be better than Roddy White, although I'm not really sure. But it's not like Julio never attracts number 1 coverage.

That brings up an interesting question... why is in the first two weeks we've had at least a half-dozen games with 4+ turnovers by a team, and it never seemed to be more than a two-score game? Are the defenses in the league really stepping up this year? Or do the offenses just suck? Or both?

Best part about this game now will be Skip Bayless' going off for the next 6 months on how if Tim Tebow was the Broncos quarterback the score would be reversed.
