This was a surprise last night. A pleasant one. The kid had a good night in his spot duties. He's not only fast but there's an IT factor about him that spells future star.

I'm hoping he'll end up like our very own Victor Cruz.

Like it... Blazing fast, he just needs to get a few games under his belt so he can read blocks better.
Can't teach speed though!!!

He's fearless for sure. He was bringing kicks out that were 8 yards deep in the endzone.

He had a pretty decently long catch from Tyrod later in the game and almost another leaping one but he was out of bounds. He looked good on KRs I just hope he holds onto the ball at all times or people will be crying for his release.

Yea he looked great, even on that leaping sideline grab. No one is going to make that grab, but give him his props for catching the ball. It was a tough play, and if not for the defender pushing him out of bounds, it would have been spectacular.

Why wasn't Jacoby returning kicks or punts.

I still can't believe that they had Webb return a punt. Even though it was just one, it's still inexcusable to have one of the best corners in the league running punts when you have two good returners ready to go.

I also don't understand it. Plus we could reactivate Bobby Rainey to handle punts.

He returned at least one punt that I saw. If he is going to catch better, like last night, I'd rather keep our top three guys healthy. That offense was clicking beautifully.

I agree and if Thompson stays at kick returner all season I bet he's gonna break 1 or maybe even more. Guy can flat out run.. really excited for him.

i think we should put David Reed on IR, we're deep at WR/KR position, cut considine, promote Adrain Hamilton and Rainey to the active roster.............

I hope we hang o to Thompson. He's showing great potential and these questionable hands are looking real reliable lately. Is it me or does he not look that fast when running?

He looks fast. He also reminds me of a young Mason. Lol.

Torrey looks faster to me, though.

Well put. Deonte has a ton of ability, and is only going to get better the more reps he sees. He's gonna be very exciting to watch!
