Just read on Rotoworld that the offense went no-huddle on 21-of-58 (36.2%) offensive snaps against Cincy.

We might see even more of it against the Eagles to tire out Philly's pass rushers.

I'm changing my opinion on be outcome. I say we win by 14. Harbaugh knows Reid and will want to beat his mentor. The team has starting to prove and doesn't want ANYONE getting in their way. Watching this team on the sidelines you can tell everyone likes playing with each other(hahaha). I say we come out strong and Reed continues Hsu pick streak for the season and against the Eagles. On another note I say we beat the snot out the Giants for what they did to us the last time we played them.

If we can come away with a 1-1 record in the next two games, I'll consider that a win.

I think we can win both games but the Eagles game on the road after a big win will be tough. Brady is always tough.

im not sure how to view the eagles i mean their defense played very well but offensively they just dont seem to be clicking at all but 456 yards of offense is scary if they didnt turn the ball over last sunday that game wouldnt have been close at all. tough game but we look better than ever on offense i kinda have a feeling we might use rice and leach alot more sunday to try to get physical early.

We just cannot fall in the trap that we did last year in Tennessee. We are more than capable of beating this team, let's not sell ourselves short. Yes, they have weapons on offense, but so do we. And our defense can pick apart Vick if he has a performance like last week.

Few things;

First, the bolded. The Eagles run defense was atrocious last year. Its a large part of why they were so bad. They heavily misused their talented secondary, yes, but they also run a scheme that requires ILBs to seal holes more-so then in other schemes. Their ILBs are a far cry from good, and if we feed the beast Rice should honestly have a field day.

Cole and Babin are absolutely dangerous. Up-tempo is going to wear them out and minimize their damage, so I'd look for a lot of that.

The passing game is really going to depend on how Castillo plays his corners. If he uses Nnamdi the way Oakland did, Nnamdi is going to do his thing. He uses that sideline better then anyone I've ever seen, probably better then anyone ever. If he does this, we can still use that to our advantage. Line up Jacoby on the right, and honestly mostly ignore him. If he breaks free he becomes an option, but Nnamdi is just going to do his thing. I seriously doubt DRC can shut out Torrey, and Boldin/TEs/Rice will have a field day across the middle.

I honestly don't think the Eagles have anything to offer defensively. Offensively if they feed McCoy, things could get shaky. We'll see if our run game steps up. Vick stands no chance if they air it out.

This will be really tough, especially since it's the Eagles' Home opener... we didn't fare too well in Tennessee the week after we pounded the Steelers at Home (Note: It was the Titans' Home opener).

I know that no one on the Ravens will be taking this team lightly no matter how terrible they looked against the Browns.

That's what I thought when I saw the schedule. And to be honest if we were gonna lose a game to the eagles or patriots, I would rather it be to the eagles.

That was the thought when we played the Jags and Seattle later in the year as well.

What's nice is that despite the Eagles barely winning while turning the ball over, they have a winning record. We only have those trap games with teams with losing records.

I dont fear the Eagles run game, I do have a feeling we might get burned by a couple screens as we were falling for them almost every time the Bengals called one. Teams that are able to run on the Ravens are the teams that get good inside push and mainly run between the tackles and get a body on Ray. The Ravens always cover speedy run games like the Eagles.

It wll be a great game that's for sure.

[/quote]That should work well as Vick(which is mind boggling as a 10 yr vet)cannot read when or where blitzes are coming from.
There is one problem with that and that is if Vick gets away from the blitz then any defense now is in real trouble and defensive assignments are now comprimised.
