Ray Lewis: 14 total tackles, some of them drive ending, a sack, and a forced fumble. He leads the league in tackles after week one. He looks a lot faster out there!

Need I say more? Ray Lewis!

Absolute animal. I was sceptical about going to 235, I thought 240 would have been enough, but the man clearly knows what he's doing. He doesn't need to run through G's like he used to, he just sculls and then scrapes to find gaps. And of those 14 tackles, not a whole lot of them were further than 5 yards down field. Dude is unreal.

Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing Lewis looks out there. 17th season, 37-years-old... and no one is playing the MLB position like Ray right now. He's got an extra step in his game now and with his knowledge of the game --

I don't see us missing Suggs too much this season.

He mustve had over half of tackles in 1st half. Rest of the LBs were struggling, he held the anchor tonight. Ray Lewis was 100% right about playing woth the new NFL. He looked faster, always near the ball then last year.

When is the too old excuse going to die out? The man is ageless. He's in better shape than most 27 year olds in the NFL.

Age is just a number. With Ray, that's literal. He just keeps going, and going, and going. Amazing amazing football player.

An amazing athlete! That open field solo tackle was amazing. He would not have made that last year.
And knocking the ball lose from Dalton!
Could he actually have gotten better at age 37? GEEZ!

Despite losing the weight he is still a brick wall tackling machine. Very happy he's back for at least another year.

I swear he looks like he's getting younger, not older.
