It's hard for me to not laugh at the though of calling 1-0 undefeated. Technically it is but c'mon man! 1-0

It is a big deal when the team you are usually in a tight race with for the division not only lost but lost to an AFC team and an opponent you will also face. It is a tie-breaker. It is a big deal because we face a division foe. It might only be 1-0 and Week 1 but I think everyone is downplaying the importance of a win tonight.

Yeah but this is not baseball, there are only 16 games (as you certainly know) and that one loss can be the difference in playing at Foxborough in the AFC championship game or at the Bank. It could also be the difference in whether you are division champs or a wildcard or if you get into the playoffs at all. That is why every game is so important. Being 1-0 is a big deal for me.

Yeah being a game up on everyone else is a big deal, I dont care what time of year it is...we need to set ourselves up to win the division rather than fight for a wild card.

The brownies did everything possible to give that game away, and ultimately suceeded. If I were Philly, i'd hardly be proud of that win...they both executed a crappy game plan sloppily, with a level of stubbornness that would make Cam shed a tear of envy

I like how youre thinking but winning the division is not even enough as we saw last year... We need to win the AFC! Home -field throughout the playoffs. Lets put the odds in our favor by taking care of business one opponent at a time... Let the road to the superbowl come through charm city! How ya like that NFL?

LETS HUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joe most certainly should watch Peyton!!!!! Peyton is one of the best QB's to play the game. Joe can learn a lot from watching Peyton's play. There's a lot you can learn from that, even more so now that the offense is in Joe's hands more.
Don't forget, we have a QB coach that helped make Peyton manning who he is today.

Steelers defense looked OLD.

Manning looked great.

Browns defense looked good.

Vick looked horrible.

Let's get this win tonight and get ready to face the Eagles week 2. :) -- It should be fun!

I say he doesnt have to because look at all the other guys who have, Sorgi and Painter have been watching him in person and in the video room, have they beat the steelers lately? NO!!! have they beat anyone lately? NO!!! watching a great QB doesnt mean u can be like them, so no!!! loe needs to go out there and play his game not peytons and it worked for him all last year when we went 8-0 against our division...handing joe the offense? lol they said that last year too
Joe can learn a lot of techniques from watching Peyton that he can add to his game. Until Joe is better than Peyton, he should be trying to learn from him. Everybody in the NFL does it. Its called being a student of the game.

Agreed, but you can't underrate the value of watching film, particularly Peyton's film.

it is a "huge" jump considering we've tied the steelers the last 2 years. every game counts - that matters to the AFC North more than anyone else. gotta get 1 up when its presented to you.

I honestly think the Ravens will sweep the division again. The Steelers have taken some serious steps back and the Bengals are kind of overrated. I'll cry if we lose to Cleveland.

Did anyone else notice that little "kick the ball with my foot" move that Troy P. tried to execute last night in one of the last plays of the game b/t the Broncos/Steelers? Geeze I so don't like that guy, lol
