NFL Kickoff: Cowboys vs Giants

Ladies and Gentlemen, the 2012 NFL Season is now upon us. In fact it is only just under 7 hours to go before kickoff. The games matter, and this will go a long way toward determining the NFC East Champions.

So who do all think will win? Did the Cowboys do enough to their secondary with the additions of Brandon Carr and Rookie Morris Claiborne to stop the Giants offense? Or will Eli continue showing how ELIite of a Quarterback he is by shredding the new look secondary?

I hate them both. I hope they tie with the score 2-2. Or 3-3. Or just all FGs and no TDs by either of these QBs. They both annoy me. Actually, the entire NFC East annoys me.

Okay, I feel better now. I'll watch but only because I love football and I'm hoping the replacement refs are good for a laugh or two.

I'm going with the Giants, mainly because the Dallas Oline is suspect and the Giants front seven is VERY good. Not to mention, it's the season opener in the Meadowlands after a Super Bowl ... the crowd should be jacked up!
I wouldn't bet surprised if Tony Romo gets hurt...

I really like what the Cowboys are looking like thus far (blanking the first two teams they played in the offseason says a lot about a defense), and the Giants annoy me.

No way the Giants lose this. Also, there's been way too much coverage of these two teams. Seems like they interview every member of the Cowboys ceaselessly, and every day someone new starts blabbering about how "No one's talking about the Giants", just before a big segment on the Giants. Little ironic isn't it?

There are a couple Giants fan down where I live in NC. Though I'll admit, I have had a soft side for the Giants and certainly would love to see them destroy the Cowboys just because it's Dallas lol.
