Didn't want to clutter the board with a new thread, but I thought this was worth noting on the latest Byrne Identity (regarding mainstream media and how they generally treat the Ravens):

The media assuming that we would lose? Go figure...

If I were them, I would've just told them to interview the losing team...
[/quote]The EXACT same thing happened when we played on Sunday Night Football in Pittsburgh last year. They didn't budge from the Steeler sideline until after Torrey caught the game winner. And reports are that they were SPRINTING.

Now Hensley has error in fact in his stories like the Bengals going 8-8 last year when they went 9-7. It's a big deal in the world of journalism. SMH.

Having known someone who's covered camera for the NFL, you just stand near whichever team has the lead. And then run to the other side. When Bill buckner dropped had his error the champaigne had been rolled in and the lockers covered.

And just like that, the calls of "homer" are back. He made exactly one reference to the Ravens winning a game, and one joke about how bad the Browns are, and he's irredeemably biased. If I were writing for the [profanity deleted] who comment on his blog, I'd be nervous too.
