So we start 7-1 and finish 4-4? Yuck. I think the only way we lose our last two games is if we already have home field advantage wrapped up before we play New York. With New England's (and maybe Houston's) cakewalk division(s), that won't happen - which is a good thing since teams which lose at that point in the season are usually one and done in the playoffs. Also, you have us losing to some good teams. We only lose to losers and then only when we're on the road.
Based on that, I'll say losses at Philly, Kansas City, San Diego and Washington.


Disclaimer - no, I don't think we'll actually lose those games - just having fun. I don't take predictions seriously. I'm just looking forward to Monday as of now!

I agree with Billick who picked us to go 12-4 again. I don't have a clue who we will lose to but that Steelers/Chargers/Steelers part of the schedule is suspect. There will be at least one game that we look flat and don't score like last year. Who knows where it will come? I see us losing at least one close game on a last minute score by the opposition.

schedule is hard last 6 games or so. being realistic, i think we lose a couple games there. switched the cincy game to a win though.

ESPN Accuscore has us going 14-2 with our first loss coming week 11 to the Steelers. Then they have us losing to Chargers. They got Patriots going 15-1 with their only loss vs us. They have Pitt also going 12-4. Theh have Chargers going 13-3. Also has us losing to the Broncos in divisionals, and having the Packers beat the Broncos in the superbowl.

if we were going to lose against an average team on our schedule, i would agree on kansas city. although we lose to bad teams sometimes, its always been on the road. i don't see a loss coming against OAK

You're both right, but I wasn't paying attention to whether the game was home or away. Just going with a gut prediction. Losing against Oakland, at home, is what makes it a really bold prediction. But you never know.

Call me a homer but the only games that I could see us [u]possibly[/u] lose would be at the Chargers, they just seem to have our number and one of the Steeler's games, just because they are hard to sweep. We have never lost to the Texans and I do not see us starting this year and the Giants just do not impress me. Neither does the anointed, golden child, Eli. We only go 12-4 if we see some upsets like last season, which I hope and pray we have grown past.

I am worried about the crucial three game stretch steelers-chargers-steelers.

Two of them are away and have huge implications on playoff seeding.

It will be great if we can win two among those three. I am not confident against the chargers. I think we sweep the steelers again.

They have a lot of talent and I have a lot of respect for Andy Reid, but I have to admit that I don't think of them as a team. For some reason, they just strike me as being a bunch of individuals thrown together into a dysfunctional organization. To me, the phrase "dream team" meant that they dreamt of functioning as a team.
