Jamie Dukes Believes in Joe Flacco...

We all know that Dukes is a tool. He rides with whoever is 'cool' at the moment, and since Flacco's popularity seems to be rising, je wants to jump on the bandwagon early.

But hey, give him a little credit for manning up and admitting to bashing Flacco.

Better yet, give Flacco even more credit for simply not <caring> what these tools have said about him over the years. He who laughs last...

I have to see it to believe it came out of his mouth, but he still is one of my most disliked analysts... The foolishness that comes out of his mouth sometimes smh

I'll give him credit for admitting he's changing his view points. He's admitted on several occasions. So good on his part. However, he's still a biased analyst. He's still better than Heath Evans.

Seriously, out of all of the retired NFL players you come up with Heath Evans? Really? Anyone else want to see Derrick Mason do this job? lol

Bill polian believes in us too....
When I think ahead to the Super Bowl, I think we'll see two teams whose time has come in the Atlanta Falcons andBaltimore Ravens. And we'll witness the ascent of two talented quarterbacks in Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco. I really think Ryan is going to grow under new offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter, and I look for him to take a pretty big leap because of the nature of the offense. It will not be the run-heavy offense of the past. It will be more wide open, and Ryan will get a chance to spread his wings. That anyone spent the offseason criticizing Flacco strikes me as ludicrous. Flacco didn't drop the ball in the end zone against the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game. In fact, it was Flacco who drove the Ravens to give them two chances to win that game. It was others who didn't make plays. While he doesn't play in an offense that shows off his skill statistically, Flacco is a winning QB, and his record (44-20) shows it. The injury to Terrell Suggs may have deprived the Ravens of the label of AFC favorites, but they can withstand the loss. In their defense, they can scheme rush as long as they have cover corners -- which they do -- and their young linebackers will grow over the course of the season. In a one-game situation, it's a flip of the coin between these two teams. But if this game is serving as Ray Lewis' farewell party, I think Baltimore gets the emotional edge.

This was also my prediction a few weeks ago, but Ryan still having not won a playoff game turned me away.

I expect to see a lot of people change their toon on Flacco this season, some will even act as if they were fans of Flacco's all along. With statements like, Flacco has always been a really good young QB and I've always thought once he put it all together he'd be special. Funny thing is i've rarely heard that from anyone outside of Ravens Nation.

Just like with Eli there will be a 90% turnaround in national perception of Flacco. Most of the talking heads won't even take accountability for being wrong about Flacco, they'll just turn they're focus to guys like Ryan and Bradford

A lot of buzz about Flacco getting more responcibility, about the Ravens passing more and that up-tempo no-huddle offense everywhere, but will Cam Cameron stick with this aggressive playcalling through thick and thin?
He has the tendancy to revert back to the familiar run-run-pass scheme fairly fast, when facing criticism.
