The pass rush stays "vanilla" throughout the preseason. But, I am worried about Upshaw. He was slow and looked tired all preseason. He also looked like he was dancing around at the line. He's not living up to his 2nd round hype thus far.Upshaw suffered another shoulder stinger, seems hes off to a bad start! Played first half and only recorded 1 tackle. I followed the game on gamecast and through the board, many comments that Kruger sucked it up too. Anyone else really worried about the passrush for this season?

Let Pierce tot the ROC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paid millions of dollars to stay in shape (something I do for free... or 40 bucks a month) and Upshaw looks like he is over-weight and running with lead in his shoes. I don't get it.

None of our outside linebackers have looked good...
It certainly looks like the weakest position on the team right now.
The world is full of Kings and Queens who blind your eyes then steal your dreams, it's Heaven and Hell.

Did Upshaw fall down a flight of stairs too???

I mean who wants to work for 5 months and get paid millions? Thats overrated.... It's sad to see how little they value these opportunities!

I´m starting get worried about our D#.
The true is that our secondary has been burned during most of the pre-season AND our line backer dept is not doing their job as they used to.
I know, its only a pre-season but even when the most of the starters were in the field we didnt play as we used.
Missisng TS a lot... (by the way, does someone know any new about his return?)
Cheers,
Brazuca

Albert McClellan has to me anyway.
He hasn't been bad necessary. But he's been out of position a few times. I'm not confident at all that either side will set the edge well. This is where we will realize how important stopping the run is even in a pass happy league and how underrated JJ was. I'm not normally someone who makes statements like this before we even play a real game and I'll eat my words if I'm wrong I just think our outside linebackers are a big weakness and teams are going to take advantage of that weakness.

Of course he is. Suggs was 20 when he came to us from Arizona St....I'm not too worried about his skill as Suggs said Courtney was farther along as a rookie than he was, he HAS to stay healthy though.
The problem is burst, Upshaw doesn't have close to the same burst Suggs has/had as a rookie. Theres a reason Suggs had 12 sacks that year.

Maybe mentally understanding the game. That's about it.

I know they don't play the same position but he was a leader in the D line.
We are going to notice that Redding was a big part of this team.
